Sami Zayn, Johnny Gargano, Trick Williams, Nick Aldis, Rey Fenix Segment
Sami Zayn: Now, you don’t mean that, do you? Alright, I see we got some haters in the house. But Ontario, I gotta know, who here came here to ride or die with The Last Real Good Guy? Interesting week, hasn’t it been? I went toe-to-toe in the ring with “The OTC” Roman Reigns. And, you know, he said something and it really got me thinking. He said how it’s not the man that makes the championship, it’s not championship that makes the man, the whole thing just got me thinking, well, who is the man around here? Because there’s this misconception that The Alpha Male is the biggest, is the strongest, but that’s fundamentally not true. The Alpha Male in the human species is the smartest, it is the man who always finds a way, it’s a man who always survives, and that is me. There are eight billion people on this planet, but there’s only one WWE Champion, and that is me. There’s only one man that everybody, everybody back there, CM Punk, Kevin Owens, Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, GUNTHER, Finn Balor, all of them have their sights on one man, and that is me. So, one thing I’m not going to tolerate, not from Roman Reigns, not from PENTA, who now wants to stick his nose in my business, not from anybody, not from anybody here in Ontario.
– Rey Fenix makes his way down to the ring.
Rey Fenix: Ontario, Buenos Noches. Sami, amigo, I told you last week, I don’t know what my brother is going to do, if he’s going to cash in on Roman Reigns, amigo, or he’s gonna cash in on you. And listen, Sami, me and you, we never have problems, right? We’re still friends, amigos, almost amigos. I have problems with Ricky Saints, but whatever, the point is PENTA is my brother, he’s my Hermano, and if you disrespect my family, we will have a problem, amigo.
Sami Zayn: Okay, hey. No, no, no, no, no, Johnny, it’s okay. Tranquillo, Tranquillo, it’s okay, no problem here. Rey, listen, no problem, I’ve always had respected for you, we’ve always gotten along, I just think your brother should focus his efforts somewhere else, like, Roman Reigns, that’s all. But you, you and me, we have no problem, my problem is with people, week after week, who show disrespect.
Trick Williams: Trust me, Rey Fenix, I feel your pain, I got a problem with Sami, too. Now last week, Sami Zayn, you came out here and told all kinds of lies about Trick Williams. But you did say one thing that’s the truth, and I appreciate that. You said Trick Williams doesn’t know how to survive. And I thought about it, why is that, and maybe Sami it’s because you put no fear in my heart. I don’t feel the need to survive, look at me, the United States Champion. Been on ESPN, SLAM Magazine, People’s Magazine, I married the baddest chick in the game, I’m not here to survive, Trick Williams is here to thrive. And the scary part is, I’ve only been here for ten months, and I’m only getting better, baby. But then Sami, I look at you, 15 years in the game, 20 years in the game, I’m sorry, 25 years in the game, still trying to convince to everybody that you know what IT is. Well, it’s funny that you don’t know what IT is, because IT already beat your ass at WrestleMania. Out here telling all kind of lies, telling everybody that you’re the King Of The Jungle, look at you. You ain’t Lion King, you’re Timon, and I’m Simba. You’re a bum, you’re a joke, I’m the superstar. And when it comes to being a champion, only one of us know how to look like a champion, talks like a champion, walk like a champion, smell like a champion. But when it comes to being a champion, Sami Zayn, I’m the veteran and you’re the rookie. So, how about we cut all the talking, and you give me a title match?
Sami Zayn: Wow, so much to unpack there. You say you’re not afraid of me, and I believe you, I don’t think you are, but actually, if you had a little bit more instincts, you would be, Trick. You should definitely be afraid of me, you really should. Because here’s the thing, you might have a silver tongue, but my tongue is made of steel, and it’s razor sharp. And if I wanted to, I could stand right here, I don’t even have to lift a finger, I can slice you and dice you, and leave you in pieces, right on the floor. I can expose every little weakness in your game. I can make you look like a damn fool if I wanted to, because I see it all. I’m operating at levels that you can’t even begin to understand. I can destroy you with this microphone, but I’m not going to, and you want to know why? Because I am a good guy. And I want you to enjoy this moment you’re having. You’re having one of the best rookie years anyone has ever had in WWE, good for you. Enjoy while it lasts, because eventually, these people, are all going to come to the same logical conclusion that I have, which is that, no, you don’t have IT, because you don’t even know what IT is, Trick. It, you can’t buy it. It is not something that you smell. You’re a lot closer to sink or swim than you think, buddy. And in case you haven’t noticed it, you’re swimming in deep waters right now. So, yeah, I might not be the biggest shark in the ocean, but I promise you, Trick, nothing has sharper teeth than me. So, no, you are nowhere to close to ever getting a WWE Championship Match.
Trick Williams: Well, tell me this, Sami, where were those sharp teeth when I beat you for the title in the first place? Maybe I didn’t make myself clear, I ain’t asking for a title match, I’m demanding a title match. And if you don’t give it to me, maybe I’ll have to beat this title match up out of you.
Trick grabs Gargano by the throat. Sami rocks Trick with a forearm smash and retreats to the outside.
Nick Aldis: Well, I’ll tell you what, everyone is out here talking about problems. You’ve got a problem with him, he’s got a problem with you, you don’t want any problems, you do want a problem, well, I got a problem. And my problem is you too carrying on like you call the shots around here. Sami, you might be the WWE Champion, yeah, I see it, but you’re not the boss, I’m the boss. And to remind you of that fact, I’m putting you in a match. Sami Zayn will team up with Johnny Gargano and you will take on Rey Fenix & Trick Williams, right here tonight on SmackDown.

Cody Rhodes & Randy Orton Segment
Randy Orton: Cody Rhodes, The American Nightmare, The Grandson Of A Plumber, QB1, The Golden Boy, The Husband To Brandi, Guile The Movie Star. Cody, whoever, whatever you are today in this moment, I need you to know it, from the bottom of my heart, I’m proud of you, kid. I’m proud of you, because never in a million years I would think your balls would drop low enough to be able to punt kick somebody in the head. It’s almost like a badge of honor for me, because I am the only one whoever was able to make Cody Rhodes crack. But don’t get it twisted, Cody, I see right through you, you can pull the trigger on everybody in the WWE, you can kick everyone in the head in that locker room, but you know and I know, none of that matters unless you do it to me. Me, me, me, the guy who for 25 years starred down legends, mentors, brothers, friends alike and kicked their head clean off their shoulders with zero remorse, zero hesitation. Now, I don’t think, no, no, no, I know that whenever Cody gets the opportunity, if, big word, if he gets the opportunity, he will once again hesitate.
– Cody Rhodes makes his way down to the ring.
Cody Rhodes: I’m confused, when did Randy Orton become such a coward? You’re 6’5, you’re the only one here who even has a shot at not only a record, THE record. Our colleagues over here with the headsets, they used to call you “The Apex Predator.” So, why do I feel unafraid? I know who you are, you’re out here and you’re rewriting this relationship and our history, and your history, and what do I do? You’re The Legend Killer. Hey, guys, Randy Orton is The Legend Killer. That’s right, you kill things, and not always to your benefit. I mean, I’ve seen you punt and put down. I’ve seen you kill. You have punted and put down on people, like your own mentor, Triple H. And then I’ve seen you kill any chance you would have at becoming the face of this company. I’ve seen you punt and put down a legend like Shawn Michaels. But then I see you kill any opportunity you might had to be considered a professional. I’ve seen you punt and put down my own father. But then I see you kill the chance at that big number 15. Look at your whole class from OV, Randy, you are the last man standing. We’re talking here. So, who am I in all of this, because I must be the anomaly, because you know, I know, they all know, you punted me, too. But the very next night, after you punted me, one of us walked out here in front of the paying customer with his held high while the other licked his wounds in St. Louis like a little bitch. Again, ask me why I’m unafraid? It’s because I know, Randy, I’m not going hesitating, I’m the anomaly to you. I’m The Legend Killer, Killer. What were the three most dangerous letters in all of WWE? Help me out. Maybe, but for Randy, I think it’s I owe you, because you gave me everything and then some. And I know, you had it with all of this talk, talk, talk. So, one thing we all can agree on, what are we waiting for?
Nick Aldis: Hey, hey, hey, enough. Hey, this has gone on long enough. Now, look, before you two get into it again, and one of you ends up on the injured list, I’ll tell you the same thing I told you before.
Randy Orton: No, The Golden Boy wants to do this right here, right now, don’t mean it’s going to happen, Nick. Sorry, sorry.
Nick Aldis: You don’t want to do it, right here, right now? Alright, you don’t want to do it right here, right now, how about Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton, let’s settle this at Crown Jewel.
Cody Rhodes: Nick, Commish, I don’t think you’re listening to what I’m saying, I don’t think you’re listening to what they’re saying. You want me to wrestle Randy Orton, okay, I’ll wrestle Randy Orton, but it’s not just any match. Last Man Standing.
Randy Orton: Fine. Fine, you and me, Crown Jewel, Last Man Standing, but Cody, remember, you asked for this.

CM Punk & Kevin Owens Segment
Nick Aldis: CM Punk and Kevin Owens, two of the biggest stars in WWE, and two of the most influential competitors of their generation. Both men former WWE Champions, both men with their eyes set on holding that gold again. But in recent months, their personal animosity for one and other has stood in the way of their professional outcomings. And with that in mind, I’ve decided to make the match for two weeks from tonight, in Brooklyn, New York, the site of some the best combat sports events of all-time. Where on that night, these two men will settle their differences once and for all in the squared circle. And before that takes place, I have invited both men to say what they need to say to each other, face-to-face. And with that mind, please welcome CM Punk and Kevin Owens.
Kevin Owens: Why are the chairs like this? It’s uncomfortable.
Nick Aldis: Okay, gentlemen, we don’t need any more cheap shots, we don’t need any more impromptu confrontations. The match is made, two weeks from tonight in Brooklyn. If you have anything else you want to say to each other right now, the floor is yours.
CM Punk: Well, I will say this to you, this is an incredibly monumental waste of my time. I should be preparing for Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel right now, Champ versus Champ, but because of him and his mud show antics, I lost my title.
Kevin Owens: Oh, I think you have that wrong. You wouldn’t be preparing for Roman Reigns at all. I think you think that I cost you the match against Sami, and that’s why you’re not. I had you beat in Toronto, so you would have never gotten that far anyway. I should have that title, but I don’t, and that’s because of you. I can actually say that. You cost me the match against Sami later on. I had that title won twice in the last several weeks, okay? You think I enjoy this, too, by the way? You say this is a waste of time, if it was up to me, I would never have look at you again after what, 20 years ago, when we shared a locker room, which was the worst.
CM Punk: 20 years of poking the bear, your passive aggressive tweets, all your stuff, you knock my merchandise off the table when you walk by. Don’t pretend like you don’t love this.
Kevin Owens: Don’t you hate t-shirts, don’t you? I don’t love this, trust me, I would’ve been happy never seeing you again, but you had to come back here. And I was fine with ignoring each other for three years like we did, but then I came back, won the number one contender, and you were the champion.
CM Punk: Yeah, that’s the cross I bare. This is my competition, this is ridiculous, this is why I said it’s a monumental waste of my time.
Kevin Owens: Trust me, I was done after Money In The Bank, I thought we were good, I made sure you didn’t take that contract, I made sure you wouldn’t win that title again, that was fine for me. So now, why are we here, you want one more match out of this? For box office, all that stuff?
CM Punk: It’s a fight promotion, smart guy, obviously.
Kevin Owens: Is that right?
CM Punk: Yeah, you weren’t done with me, you’re gonna be a thorn on my side forever until I put you down.
Kevin Owens: Buddy, you can think that if you want but trust me. You know, a couple months ago, I said I wouldn’t let this business turn me into the miserable it turned you into? I’ve realized what turns me into a miserable prick is having to deal with you.
CM Punk: You don’t know me.
Kevin Owens: I do know you.
CM Punk: No, you don’t. We never sat down, we never shared a cup of coffee, we never broke bread, we never done anything.
Kevin Owens: I don’t need to do that with you. I’ve been around enough people who knew you to know who you are.
CM Punk: You believe that bullshit from those guys.
Kevin Owens: You’re always the problem. You’re so delusional.
CM Punk: You’re the one who’s making excuses. You’re the one who’s happy if somebody else doesn’t win the title. You don’t care about you or yourself.
Nick Aldis: I think everything that’s needed to be said has been said. What I care about is getting this match in the ring, and that’s going to happen two weeks from tonight in Brooklyn. Until then, let’s continue to be professional.
CM Punk: I can’t wait to put this guy on his back in Brooklyn, piece of garbage.
Kevin Owens: It seems like he cares more than he wants to let on. Two weeks, Brooklyn, thanks Nick. Next time, put the chairs the other way.
Nick Aldis: Two weeks from tonight, SmackDown, Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, CM Punk and Kevin Owens, one-on-one.
