Adam Pearce, Sami Zayn, Je’Von Evans Segment
Adam Pearce: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Monday Night Raw. Well, let’s get right down to business. Part of my duties as the General Manager of Monday Night Raw is the responsibility to make the announcement when our broadcast has to change. And unfortunately, tonight is one of those nights, as I informed earlier this afternoon that Stephanie Vaquer is NOT medically cleared to compete. Trust me, I’m more disappointed than you are, but the other half of the scheduled Number One Contenders Match for the Women’s World Championship is still here tonight. Therefore, tonight in Frenso, Becky Lynch will go one-on-one with Liv Morgan for the Women’s World Championship. But that is not all, in addition tonight, there will be other ramifications.
Sami Zayn: Hey! Hey! Adam! Let me get this right, you fly me all the way to Fresno, you got me in the back taking promotional pictures, why, because you need promotional content for Crown Jewel? And I’m in the back, and I hear that the whole show is changing, I look at the lineup, and I still don’t see my name on the sheet. If you need promotional content that bad for Crown Jewel, you could’ve got Roman Reigns to come out here, couldn’t you? This is his show, isn’t it? No, no, no, it’s okay, I’m not gonna do that, I’m not gonna do what everybody else does and complain about Roman Reigns not being here and his part-time schedule. Yeah, yeah, yeah, go ahead, go ahead. Wait, wait, let them get it out of their systems, go ahead. Guess what, OTC looked at the list of dates on his calendar, and skipped Fresno, okay? And quite frankly, he earned that right. I wish I was skipping Fresno, too, but I’m not.
You brought me out here, Adam, you don’t want to give me the television time, I am invoking my privilege as WWE Champion, I am taking my time, right now. And I’m asking you, respectfully, to get the hell out of thins ring, because the WWE Champion has something he wants to get off his chest. Is that right? Is that right, Sami Sucks? You know what’s crazy, you could be a WrestleMania main eventer, you could be a Grand Slam Champion, you could be the current WWE Champion, and still somehow be the most underrated wrestler in the world. And maybe, you know what, maybe it’s my fault, I gave you guys too much credit. I thought you guys knew ball. I thought you can identify greatness when it was standing right in front of you, but the truth is, you can’t, you can’t, you can’t. You need to be spoon fed, and told someone is great to get it. That’s why you got all these guys, like, Trick Williams, he tells you how great he is all the time, and what do you do? Whoop That Trick, Whoop That Trick. Yeah, real good. You got guys, like, CM Punk, who every single time they come out here, they have to tell you they’re the best in the world, and you laugh it up, oh yeah, I guess he is the best in the world. You got guys, like, Roman Reigns, who comes out here, stands in the ring, and demand that you acknowledge them. And look at you, look at you, you do it, because that’s the only way you get it.
Maybe I should take a page out of that book. I don’t like to brag, but maybe I should, because trust me, there’s a lot I can brag about, but I don’t. I can brag all day about the fact that, in this business, no one, no one in history has done more with less than me. No one has walked through miles of crap and still come out clean on the other side like me. Nobody has been buried so deep underneath the dirt and still manage to come out. Anyone else would’ve succumb to the darkness, instead, I dug deeper and deeper until I struck gold. And I could brag about that, but I don’t. I can brag about the fact that, let’s be honest, The Bloodline was never as good as it was until I came around, and that’s a damn fact. When I joined The Bloodline, it took this business to new heights, it made this company hundreds and millions of dollars off TV rights. The fact that you’re watching right now on Netflix is because of me. And all day long, they’ll thank everybody else. These executives will get down on their knees, and go, thank you, Roman. Thank you, Roman. Wrong, thank you, Sami. I did it, I did it, and I can brag about that, but I don’t.
I can brag about the fact that I’m the most versatile professional wrestler of all-time. No one, no one puts all the pieces together the way I do. And unless your name is Shawn, Eddie or Kurt, you don’t belong in the same conversation as me. I could brag about that, but I don’t. But maybe it’s time I do, because maybe it’s time that each and every single one of you acknowledge me. You can chant for The OTC all you want, he’s not coming. And Roman, it’s crazy to me, Roman, if he was wrestling any other WWE Champion, he would be giving them his undivided attention, and instead he’s wasting his time thinking about The 946. But I promise you, Roman, if you do that, you will be making a fatal mistake. But at least Roman has the presence of mind to acknowledge the threat that I pose, while the rest of these people that I’m dealing with, the disrespect that I am dealing with from all these other superstars, from all of you, it’s crazy. Trick Willams, Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Kevin Owens, Finn Balor, GUNTHER, the way they all talk about me. Trick Williams, now I got PENTA in my vision, he’s up in my grill, too. Hell, before Money In The Bank, Je’Von Evans came out and interrupted me. Je’Von Evans, in what world does Je’Von Evans get off interrupting me like that?
Je’Von Evans: Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh. Hey, hold on, cut the music off, ah woo, woo, woo, woo. If you could hear The Young OG, let me get a YERP! Sami, welcome to Monday Night Raw, that’s number one. Number two, I think I could talk for everybody here, please, please shut up. Every week, you complain about why people are gunning for you. Well, guess what, champ, you have the WWE Title, so that’s why everybody is gonna go after you. But I’m not gonna do that right now, you said my name. So, since you said my name, I got my gear on, fool, I just want you to say whatever you have to say to my face.
Sami Zayn: Je’Von, I’m gonna say this as respectfully as I can, but let’s be real for one second, I don’t owe you any respect, but I’m going to give it to you anyway, and you know why? Because I am a good guy. I am The Last Real Good Guy around here, so I’m going to say this to you as respectfully as I can, there’s no world in which you should ever be interrupting me, not now, not ever, you understand?
Je’Von Evans: You want to throw shots?
Sami Zayn: Oh, you understand?
Je’Von Evans: You’re trying to talk crazy right now, that’s what you want to do? Well, let’s talk crazy then. You think that you’re the man? Let me tell you something, fool, you’re trying to be one of the best here.
Sami Zayn: I am the best here.
Je’Von Evans: Respectfully, he’s the best, because he has a title.
Sami Zayn: Respect? You think you’re showing respect right now? You think this is respect?
Je’Von Evans: Since we’re going to get to it, bump the respect, now we’re talking disrespectfully. You think you’re the man? Like I said, you’re trying to be one of the best here, and while you’re trying to be one of the best, I’m trying to be THE best. So, let me give you some advice, champ. Yeah, you like that line? Yeah, I’m gonna give you advice, I’m gonna give you some advice. Maybe you should stop talking before I give you and the WWE Universe something to talk about. You know what, maybe Roman was right, because if we’re gonna be real, you don’t have to go to Crown Jewel with that title. Because trust and believe, I will love to go to Crown Jewel to go against Roman Reigns.
Sami Zayn: You know, I’m so disappointed in you. You know I’ve always been a big fan of yours, Je’Von. I’ve always sung your praises; I’ve always talked about how much potential you have. You remind me of a lot me, you really do. But here’s the thing, you’re not even close, not even close to being in my orbit. You’re not on my level. Comeback to me in 5-8 years, if maybe you really work hard and put in the work, maybe you’ll be half as good as I am. Comeback to me once you’ve hit that potential. Until then, you don’t get to look me in the eye.
Adam Pearce: Sami, where are you going? No, no, no, hold on, you’re the Undisputed WWE Champion. You deserve the time, you deserve the spotlight, you deserve the accolades, hell, he deserves as champion all of our respect, doesn’t he? Well, Sami, I’m gonna give you the chance to earn some of that respect, against “The Young OG” Je’Von Evans. Hey, and Sami, it gets even better, because that match is for the Undisputed WWE Championship. Oh yeah I can, and even better, the match is next.

Becky Lynch Promo
When Stephanie got cleared this weekend, I said I’d give her three weeks until something takes her out again. I should’ve given her three days, because she’s not here tonight. Lucky for her, we’re gonna do this again, but when we do, the stakes are going to be a whole lot higher, because tonight I take back that title. Liv, you and I, we’ve done this dance before, we’ve been doing it for years, and after all this time, you know what I know, you can’t beat me in a fair fight. The thing that gets me about you is, I had hopes for you, I had expectations for you, I went to bat for you, you were one of those ones that I looked at and said, she’s gonna help this business flourish instead of stunt it’s growth. But like I said I would, I am going to hold your feet to the fire and make you defend that title. Because in a world of flash in a pan, I’m the flame and that title deserves to be held by a fighting woman. See you in the main event, because that’s what happens when The Man comes around. Welcome to The Big Time.
