Kevin Owens, AJ Styles, Chris Jericho and Shane McMahon In-Ring Segment:

This feels right, doesn’t it? Kevin Owens is once again your United States Champion. At Battleground, he proved that if your heart is pure and you’re a good person, good things happen. Owens took his title back from that thief, AJ Styles. Now that he’s once again your United States Champion, he can go back to defending his title with the pride and the honor it deserves. That’s why he’s reinstating The Kevin Owens United States Open Challenge. It will start next week. Owens would never defend his title in front of a bunch of hicks in Richmond, Virginia. AJ Styles comes down to the ring to interrupt. Owens says that Styles better be out here to congratulate him and say that he’s the better man. Styles is out here for his rematch for the United States Championship. Owens has to remind Styles that he’s not putting his title on the line tonight.

Chris Jericho makes his way to the ring. It’s The Return of Jericho, Welcome Back Maaaan! Jericho wants Owens to be quiet. We’re not in Montreal, this is America and he’s sick of hearing Owens yapping. The last time Jericho was on SmackDown Live, he left on a stretcher thanks to Owens, but he’s back for his rematch for the US title, tonight. Styles says that a lot has changed since Jerich has been gone. The next guy in line for the US Title is him. You know what happens to a guy who cuts in line ahead of him?

Shane McMahon comes out to the stage and tells Owens to hang around for a moment. Both Chris Jericho and AJ Styles have rematches for the US Title.
