Sami Zayn, Johnny Gargano, Candice LeRae, Trick Williams Segment

Sami Zayn: Sacramento. Who here came to ride or die with The Last Real Good Guy? Now, I hate to say I told you, I hate to say I told you, but every single one of these vultures that has been circling me and gunning for my WWE Championship over the past few weeks, every single one of them got what they deserved. Je’Von Evans came out here and he disrespected me. And what happened at Money In The Bank? He came up short. I looked CM Punk and Kevin Owens, dead in their eyes, and I told them, you will come up empty handed and they did. And Trick Williams, we’re not gonna waste our breath on Trick Williams tonight. PENTA, congratulations, you are the one who did it, you became Mr. Money In The Bank, good for you. If I could offer one piece of advice for PENTA, focus your energy on Roman Reigns. You have a personal issue with Roman Reigns, I totally understand that, you should put your energy there. I have a bit of a history with Roman Reigns. And that’s coming into focus, because in a few short weeks, it looks like it’s gonna be the WWE Champion Sami Zayn versus The World Champion Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel. And there’s a lot I could say about that, but I’m going to wait till Monday Night Raw to say it to Roman Reigns face, out of respect. But tonight, you’re here, we are all here.

– Trick Williams walks down to the ring.

Sami Zayn: Hey! Alright, cut that, cut the music, cut the music. Enough of that crap, enough of that crap. You want to come out here and interrupt me? You’ve got something to say, go ahead, don’t waste your time, go ahead and say it.

Trick Williams: What’s up, gingivitis? Now, it’s no secret, you and me, we don’t like each other. Sami, you don’t like me, and I don’t like you. I thought this was a ten-month thing, but after what happened a couple weeks ago, I see that this is personal. This is personal, personal. You can’t stand Trick Williams, and I understand why. Every single time you see Trick Williams, you see the people turning on you. Every time you see Trick Williams, you see WrestleMania. Every time you see Trick Williams, you see what happened to you at Backlash. Every single time you see Trick Williams, you see a real superstar. And I’ll be honest with you, I care nothing about you, Sami, I care nothing about your ride or die fans, because you disrespected me two weeks ago, I’m gonna beat your ass.

Sami Zayn: I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry, you think I disrespected you? What, because I put my hand at the bridge of your nose, I gave you a little wakeup call, huh? That’s not disrespect, that’s trying to make you understand something, Trick. You had the WWE Champion, let me repeat that, you had THE WWE Champion standing one foot away from you in the ring, look at you right in the eyes, telling you, I will not tolerate the disrespect, I’m not to be trifled with, this is not a game. And what did you do, you tried to turn everything I was saying into some kind of a joke, because that’s all you know, because that’s all you are. That’s it, you don’t get it, you don’t have it, you think you do, but you don’t. You can’t differentiate; you can’t take inventory of the moment. You don’t know when it’s time to joke, you don’t know when it’s time to be serious. You don’t know when there’s a danger level right in front of you. And you know what those are called? Those are called survivor skills, Trick. And this is the jungle, and you need to learn how to survive if you want to survive in my jungle. I have it, I thrive in the chaos of the moment, do you understand?  Even right now, the way you’re looking at me, I taste the electricity on my tongue. I always find a way to survive, and that’s why I am where I am today, Trick, and that’s why you’re gonna stay right where you are.

Trick Williams: Do I look like I’m freaking joking? Look at you and look at me, who looks like a joke, Sami? And usually, I’d come out here and I say, let’s talk about it, but tonight, I’m done talking. And if you’re as bad as you say you are, take a swing right now, and see what happens to you.

Johnny Gargano: Enough, enough, Trick, okay. That is the WWE Champion you are disrespecting. And you’re not only disrespecting him, you are disrespecting us, too. Do you know what guys like us have had to overcome just to be here? No, you don’t, because you’ve been handed opportunities that we would kill for. Sure, yeah, you have swag, you have the entrance, you have IT, but you don’t have that. And until you do, will you show us the respect we deserve. And if you don’t, I’m gonna show you why we’re very different. Because they don’t call me, Johnny Entrance, no, they call me, Johnny Freaking Wrestling.

Trick Williams: Johnny Entrance. Johnny Wrestling. Sami Zayn, it don’t make me no never mind, because the truth is, I ain’t here to make excuses, I work just hard as anyone else to be right here. How about we skip all the talking, like I said, and I beat your ass tonight?

Johnny Gargano: You’re on.

Trick Williams: Referee, come out here.

Next week on SmackDown, Blake Monroe will be fighting Giulia in a Street Fight. Chelsea Green joins the conversation and that’s Blake cue to leave. Blake says that Chelsea’s title reign has lasted longer than she thought. Nick had a conversation with Tiffany Stratton, she’s feeling a lot better. Chelsea loves the sound of that, and she sent Tiffany a basket of blue cheese stuffed olives. She will be A-Okay, but you know who will not be A-Okay? Liv Morgan. Nick informs Chelsea that Liv is not here. But since she brought her up, Nick just got off the phone with Adam Pearce, and he didn’t appreciate that his champion was put in a precarious position on Raw, this close to Crown Jewel. However, there’s going to come a time where the rest of The Judgment Day are going to have to be on SmackDown, especially if Roxanne Perez is looking for her title shot. Nikki Bella joins the conversation. Why is the least relevant member of The Judgment Day getting a title shot before Nikki Bella? Nikki says that after she beats Paige’s face in tonight, she will get her title shot. Chelsea is pretty certain that Nikki would love to have a title shot against the hotter and younger version of herself, Chelsea would, too. Chelsea challenges Nikki to a title match for next week. Nikki says it’s no-go for next week, because she’ll be doing Hall Of Fame things, Chelsea wouldn’t know what that’s like. The title match will now take place in two weeks.

– Cathy Kelley had a backstage interview with R-Truth. How is he approaching this match with his former best friend, Damian Priest? He’s heartbroken. Priest was his friend, but not anymore. Used to is a rooster from brewster. If Priest threw a party, he would see that the biggest gift came from Truth, and the card attached would say, thank you for being a friend. But instead, Priest had to stab him in the back, step on his pinky toe. If that’s how it’s going to be, if Priest wants Truth to be serious, he’s going to make him wish he was in a Bodega eating Puerto Rican food. Damian Pendejo, his ass belongs to Truth.

– Coming out of the commercial break, we see Kevin Owens talking to Nick Aldis in the trainer’s room. Kevin says that he’s alright, his shoulder and knee is a little banged up, but his neck is feeling really good. Now, Kevin didn’t walk out of New Orleans with the MITB Contract, but neither did CM Punk, so that’s a pretty good night in Kevin’s eyes, he has no complaints. Right on cue, CM Punk appears. Punk wants Nick to put him in the ring with Kevin who referred to as a piece of garbage. Strong words, but Kevin likes the sound of that. So does Nick Aldis, but at the same time, this fight can’t happen here, or in catering, or in the parking lot. Nick needs both Punk and Kevin to be healthy for the good of the show. Punk says that he doesn’t need to be at 100% to kick Kevin’s ass. Punk and Kevin continue to trade snarky barbs at each other while Nick is trying to talk. Nick is sending the same message to Punk and Kevin that he gave to Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton last week. Them fighting anywhere that doesn’t involve Nick selling tickets or putting the match on television does absolutely nothing for him. Nick wants this match to happen, but it has to take place in the ring, in an official capacity. In the meantime, Nick wants Punk and Kevin to do him a favor, and that’s to stay out of each other’s way. Kevin is fine with that. Kevin throws his medical tape at Punk as he walks away. – Coming out of the commercial break, we seen GUNTHER walking into Nick Aldis Office. Gunther goes on a soliloquy about how Nick put him in a match against a guy he doesn’t consider a wrestler. Gunther did the old-school thing where you injure someone who doesn’t belong in the ring and you try to weed them out of the business. Gunther said that he was doing Nick a favor. As far as Finn Balor, that’s exactly what happens when you stick your nose in Gunther’s business. Gunther thinks that Nick is ignoring him. Nick is not in the office, but Danhausen is sitting on his chair. Gunther says that Danhausen is tougher than Finn Balor, because he hasn’t seen him around today. Danhausen says that Finn was the one guy he detected evil with, and he really needed him last week. Danhausen reminds Gunther that he didn’t technically beat him last week. Gunther grabs Danhausen by his neck brace. Danhausen wants to have a rematch with Gunther for Halloween. Does Gunther look like a guy who celebrates Halloween? Gunther says that he’s going to make sure that Halloween is a very special night for Danhausen. Gunther shoves Danhausen back into the chair and walks away.

Alexa Bliss & Tatum Paxley Championship Celebration

Alexa Bliss: Sacramento, we did it, who would’ve thought? Now, obviously, the one person we really wanted to be in this match last week was Charlotte Flair. WOOO! And Charlotte has been such an amazing friend, and the opportunity she had to become champion again, she set that aside for friendship, and to cheer us on to victory, because that’s the kind of friend she is. Speaking of friends, let me introduce to you our newest friend, one half of the Women’s Tag Team Champions, Tatum Paxley. Now, Tatum, you came into a bit of a difficult situation, by parring yourself with two people who are always a target, but you’ve always had our back, especially when we’re outnumbered. So, thank you, and I’m so proud of you for your first championship win on SmackDown. Oh, come on, you can do better than that, it’s her first title win, let’s go. Thank you, thank you.

Tatum Paxley: Oh my gosh, guys. Okay, okay, first off, I would like to say, Alexa, I am incredibly grateful to be standing in this ring with you as your new Tag Team Champions, but I also really want to thank you, Charlotte. Last week, I know you didn’t want to, but you gave up your position, so I can still compete. Plus, I want to thank you for all those times that you defended me. So, when you’re all healed up, and you’re ready to come back, I have a very special gift waiting for you. Can I tell you what it is?

Alexa Bliss: Do you have to?

Jacy Jayne: Aww, what a wonderfully cringey speech that was, it actually made me sick to my stomach. And instead of talking about all of this garbage, what everyone should be talking about. Are you done? I’m injured, you should respect me, I put my body on the line for you people. What everyone should be talking about is how that bone headed, ditzy blonde Tiffany Stratton stole my Money In The Bank Briefcase, right up from underneath me, it was mine.

Fallon Henley: It was yours. And you know what, that would’ve been so much better than having to listen to you two confess your love for a woman who doesn’t give a damn about ya.

Lainey Reid: And Tatum, it’s obvious that Charlotte thinks you’re a weirdo who Lexi forces her to hang out with. But as for you, Alexa, you can’t actually believe that Charlotte is happy that you became champion and she didn’t.

Jacy Jayne: Alexa, let’s be real for a second, the only reason Charlotte is your friend is because it’s convenient for her, right? So, once those tag titles are back on around the waist of Fallon and Lainey, you’re gonna go right back to being where Charlotte wants you to be, in her shadow.

Tatum Paxley: I mean, if you guys want to try to get these titles back, we don’t mind playing with you.

Jacy Jayne: Well, I don’t think I can do anything tonight, but they sure can.

A pier six brawl ensues. Bliss and Paxley clears the ring. Bliss rocks Jayne with a forearm smash. Paxley drops Jayne with The Swinging Arm-Ringer. Bliss and Paxley scurries out of the ring to close this segment.

– Cathy Kelley had a backstage interview with Rey Fenix. She wanted to get his comments on PENTA winning the 2026 Men’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match. Fenix is so happy and proud of his brother. Sami Zayn joins the conversation. Sami is happy to see they’re both champions at the moment. Sami asks Fenix if he’s spoken to PENTA since Money In The Bank? Fenix knows what Sami is trying to do. Fenix doesn’t know what his brother is going to do, is he gonna cash in on Roman Reigns or is he gonna cash in on Sami Zayn. Fenix wishes Sami good luck and walks away. Sami knocks down a water bottle.

– Coming out of the commercial break, Fatal Influence runs into Jade Cargill & The Baddies in the back. Fatal Influence says that they didn’t need The Baddies help last week with taking out Charlotte Flair. Both teams start trading passive aggressive barbs at each other about who’s more deserving to get the next tag team title shot. Michin says that they had a conversation with Nick Aldis, and The Baddies got next. Maybe they’ll see Fatal Influence on the other side after they capture the Women’s Tag Team Titles.

Cody Rhodes: Sacramento, you were promised a face-to-face, I was promised a face-to-face. I’m gonna sit here until Randy Orton comes out here and exactly that happens.

Baron Corbin: Oh, what, not who you were expecting, not who you wanted? Save it. Look, Cody, I told you a long time ago, I just don’t buy it. I don’t see what everybody else sees in you. I didn’t see it then, and I sure as hell don’t see it now. A lot of things may have changed around here, but one thing has stayed the same, and that’s you standing in that ring whining about something. Whether it’s you talking about finishing that story where all my friends stabbed me in the back or is it Randy Orton doesn’t think you have that killer instinct, that you’ll hesitate in that moment. But look, Cody, it’s okay, some people just don’t have it, and then some of us are born with it. My first day back, Cody, I destroyed everybody in this ring. My first match back, SummerSlam, I won the United States Championship. I sure as hell don’t need any friends, and I enjoy hurting people. You on the other hand, Cody, you’re concerned with being the good guy, with following the rules, with signing autographs, shaking hands. Cody, none of that matters, the only thing that matters is me getting back where I belong, and I’m gonna do it at the expense of you.
