AJ Styles, Sami Zayn, and The New Day In-Ring Segment:

Boy did AJ Styles miss SmackDown Live or what? On Raw last night, Mr. McMahon instituted a Wild Card Rule for Raw and Smackdown. What that means is if you are brave enough and fast enough, you can cross over to a rival brand. You can be one of the four to crash a rival brand. If that’s the case, Styles was going to be the first to do it. SmackDown Live is the house that AJ Styles built. Sami Zayn comes out to interrupt Styles. Zayn doesn’t want to be here. He would rather be anywhere else than here on his day off than be surrounded on his day off by Kentucky Fried Hillbillies. He knew that Styles would do this. His toxic ego has spiraled out of control. Styles is glad that Zayn got out of the dumpster that Braun threw him into. Zayn could’ve at least take a shower. Oh it’s funny to make fun of him because he smells. Zayn took a shower, but the smell doesn’t come out that easily.  That’s classic distraction.

The New Day joins the conversation. Y’all gonna come out to have a party without inviting The New Day? Kofi is hurt. He hopes that Styles is done talking about his architectural contributions. It’s a great catchphrase, but he doesn’t there any more. What is AJ Styles doing here tonight? Styles wanted to come to Smackdown and return the favor to the champ. Woods says that Styles might want to check himself before he wrecks himself. Kofi is THE champ. What is Styles going to do about it? Zayn knows where this is going. Kofi is not going to offer Styles a championship match tonight right? Zayn loves Kofi and he will tell him the truth since no one else will. These people are not happy for Kofi.

He got a taste of their affection at WrestleMania and he’s trying to please them at his own detriment. Kofi’s giving away WWE title matches like hot cakes. If anyone deserves a title match, it’s him. The WWE Universe deserves a champion who will tell the truth whether they like it or not. Serious question everybody. What is that smell? Zayn smells like his tenth grade sock drawer. Kofi defended the WWE Championship last night to prove that WrestleMania was not a fluke. He’s a fighting champion and he will defend it against any one. It doesn’t matter because the result will be the same. He’ll be your WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Shane McMahon makes it official. Tonight’s main event will be a triple threat match for the WWE Championship.

Shane McMahon, Daniel Bryan, Erick Rowan, and The Usos In-Ring Segment:

Shane is here to talk about the SmackDwn Tag Team Division, but he wants to digress for a moment. He was brutally attacked by The Miz in a cowardly manner. Not with his fists, but with a steel chair? What human being hits another with a steel chair? It’s lamentable and deplorable. It was disgusting. Miz didn’t get the job done last night. He fail to get the job done again at Money at the Bank.  The tag titles had to be vacated by The Hardys because Jeff is injured and he cannot compete. It was at the hands of Lars Sullivan. Who would be worthy to be SmackDown Tag Team Campions?Shane scoured the roster and it was looking at him on the page. Daniel Bryan and Erick Rowan make their way to the ring.

Why are The Usos here? It’s Roman’s yard and they can slide through when they want. Jimmy reminds Shane of The Uce’s Wildcard rule. They worked too hard to build the tag division just to hand them away. You had to earn those titles. The New Day, The Bar, The Hardys, and The Usos earned it. Shane even earned it when he beat them. Knowing the value and prestige of these tag titles, you’re going to give the titles to Patrick and Spongebob, Ren and Stimpy, or Beavis and Butthead? They want the titles to be put on the line. Shane agrees and that match starts right now. Shane will enjoy watching these guys send The Usos butts back to Raw empty handed.
