Shane McMahon & Daniel Bryan In-Ring Segment: 

What’s up Lexington? We all bleed blue right here in Lexington, Kentucky. Shane was in the process of firing Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn because they said they have no respect for anyone on the Smackdown roster, the commissioner’s office, or the fans. However, Daniel Bryan had another idea. On paper, it was an amazing idea to put them in a lumberjack match where each superstar could exact their revenge. Shane gave Bryan specific orders and he didn’t get the job done. Why would Daniel Bryan go rogue? 

Bryan understands Shane’s attentions, but as someone who has been fired before, people deserve second chances. Sometimes Shane’s temper can get the best of him. Shane agrees with him. At the same time, Owens destroyed his father unmercifully in this ring, Check.  It was Sami Zayn who got involved in the Hell in a Cell Match, Double check. They betrayed the entire Smackdown roster at Survivor Series, Triple Check.

Owens and Zayn were trying to grasp the brass ring. Bryan sees real talent in both men and they’ll go to RAW.  That will be Stephanie’s problem then. Bryan is not a yes man. He’s here to recognize in ring talent and give them the opportunity to use the talent the best that they can. Bryan wants Shane to trust him.  Shane applauds Bryan for making the match between Kevin Owens and Randy Orton.  Sami Zayn is barred from ringside and that match will be contested under No Disqualification rules.

First Match: The New Day vs. Shelton Benjamin & Chad Gable 

Gable applies a side headlock. Woods dives over Gable. Woods decks Gable with a big forearm smash. Woods tags in Kofi. The New Day delivers their tandem offense to Gable. Kofi with a SlingShot Splash for a two count. Woods applies a wrist lock. Gable kicks Woods in the chest. Gable tags in Benjamin. Benjamin lands a leg lariat from the ring apron. Gable follows that with a clothesline. Benjamin bodyslams Woods. Benjamin whips Woods back first across the turnbuckles. Benjamin applies a rear chin lock. Woods gets back to a vertical base. Benjamin drives Woods head to the canvas. Benjamin tags in Gable.

Gable applies an arm-bar. Woods is trying to create distance with multiple knife edge chops. Gable drops Woods with a Rolling Kick for a two count. Benjamin and Woods are trading back and forth shots. Benjamin connects with the SpineBuster for a two count. Benjamin applies a half nelson chin lock. Coming out of the commercial break, Woods hits the jaw breaker. Woods HeadButts the midsection of Benjamin. Benjamin responds with a series of Muay Thai Knee Strikes. Benjamin and Gable continues to cut the ring in half.

They hit their Flying Clothesline/Angle Slam Combination. Gable knocks Kofi off the ring apron. Gable with the lateral press for a two count. The referee is trying to calm down Kofi. Gable repeatedly stomps on Woods chest. Gable goes for the Avalanche Over Head Belly to Belly Suplex, but Woods blocks it. Woods delivers a Missile Dropkick. Woods makes the hot tag to Kofi.

Kofi with a SpringBoard Double Axe Handle Strike to Benjamin. Kofi follows that with a dropkick. Benjamin kicks Kofi in the gut. Kofi responds with a Pendulum Over Head Kick. Benjamin turns a High Fly Flow into a pinning predicament for a two count. Benjamin goes for the Monkey Flip, but Kofi lands back on his feet. Kofi with a Leaping Lariat. Kofi lands the Boom Drop. Kofi goes for the Trouble in Paradise, but Benjamin blocks it. Kofi sends Benjamin and Gable crashing to the outside. Woods takes out Benjamin and Gable with the SomerSault Plancha. New Day plants Benjamin with the UpUp DownDown to pickup the victory.

Winner: The New Day via Pinfall 

Second Match: The Bludgeon Brothers vs. The Hype Bros 

Harper and Ryder will start things off. Collar and Elbow Tie Up. Ryder kicks Harper in the jaw. Ryder follows that with a Big Boot. Harper responds with a uppercut. Harper tags in Rowan. Harper slaps Rowan in the face. Harper and Rowan knocks Mojo Rawley off the ring apron. Rowan connects with the Body Avalanche. Harper follows that with a Spinning Side Slam. The Bludgeon Brothers plants Ryder with the Double Crucifix PowerBomb to pickup the victory.

Winner: The Bludgeon Brothers via Pinfall 

Baron Corbin & Bobby Roode Backstage Segment: 

Third Match: AJ Styles vs. The Singh Brothers w/Jinder Mahal 

Jinder attacks Styles before the bell rings. Jinder is putting the boots to Styles. Jinder sends Styles rib first to the steel ring post. Coming out of the commercial break, Styles is having a hard time getting back in the ring. Styles drives Samir Singh back first into the turnbuckles. Sunil applies a Sleeper Hold. The Singh Brothers transitions into a ground and pound attack. Samir is applying pressure the back of Styles neck.

The Singh Brothers with a Double Vertical Suplex for a one count. Samir kicks Styles in the gut. Sunil is ramming his shoulders to the midsection of Styles. Styles drops Samir with a Big Boot. Styles with multiple haymakers to Sunil. Samir ChopBlocks Styles. The Singhs has Styles perched on the top turnbuckle. Styles HeadButts Sunil. Styles knocks Jinder off the ring apron. Styles plants Samir with the Avalanche Styles Clash to pickup the victory. After the match, Jinder lays out Sunil with the Khallas.

Winner: AJ Styles via Pinfall 

Fourth Match: The Riott Squad vs. Charlotte Flair, Naomi and Natalya in a 6-Women Man Tag Team Match 

Ruby and Natalya will start things off. Collar and Elbow Tie Up. Ruby with a Clubbing Blow to the back of Natalya. Ruby delivers a Big Boot. Ruby tags in Logan. Logan with multiple bodyshots to Natalya. Natalya makes the quick tag to Charlotte. Logan backs away from Charlotte. Natalya is heading to the backstage area. Morgan decks Charlotte with a back elbow strike. Charlotte responds with a series of knife edge chops. Charlotte applies a front facelock. Charlotte tags in Naomi. Charlotte and Naomi with a Double STO to Morgan. Naomi is mauling Morgan in the corner.

Morgan kicks Naomi in the gut. Morgan tags in Ruby. Naomi drops Ruby with a Leg Lariat. Following a snap mare takeover, Naomi kicks Ruby in the back. Charlotte applies a rear chin lock. Ruby gets back to a vertical base. Charlotte clotheslines Ruby for a one count. Charlotte fires off another knife edge chop. Ruby is ramming her shoulders into the midsection of Charlotte.

Coming out of the commercial break, Charlotte connects with the Exploder Suplex. Charlotte knocks The Riott Squad off the ring apron. Charlotte drives Ruby back first into the ringside barricade. Charlotte is distracted by Logan and Morgan. Morgan bounces Charlotte’s head on the apron. Morgan rolls Charlotte back into the ring. Morgan with the lateral press for a two count. Ruby has Charlotte in a rear chin lock.

Charlotte creates separation with a Stunner. Morgan and Logan sends Naomi face first across the steel ring steps. Logan catapults Naomi face first under the ring steps. Logan HeadButts Charlotte. Charlotte responds with a clothesline. Charlotte sends Ruby face first to the middle turnbuckle. Charlotte Spears Logan. Ruby lands the Riot Kick to pickup the victory.

Winner: The Riott Squad via Pinfall 

Fifth Match: Randy Orton vs. Kevin Owens in a No Disqualification Match 

Orton starts things off with a flurry of haymakers. Orton goes for the RKO, but Owens blocks it. Owens heads to the outside. Orton clotheslines Owens on the floor. Orton sends Owens shoulder first to the steel ring steps.  Orton launches Owens over the announce table. Orton transitions into a ground and pound attack. Orton hits Owens in the face with the steel ring steps. Orton delivers back to back uppercuts. Orton starts whipping Owens with a Kendo Stick. Orton deposits Owens back first on the ringside barricade.

Owens hits Orton in the hamstring with a kendo stick. Owens sends Orton face first to the steel ring post. Owens follows that with a Fallaway Slam into the ringside barricade. Coming out of the commercial break, Owens is trying to wear down Orton with the Kendo Stick. Owens with a Big Boot for a two count. Owens is paint brushing Orton. Orton responds with a thumb to the eye. Owens lands a Running Senton for a two count. Owens applies a rear chin lock. Owens hits Orton in the back with the Kendo Stick for a two count.

Orton kicks Owens in the gut. Owens responds with a DDT for a two count. Owens goes for the Running Cannonball Strike, but Orton ducks out of the way. Orton places Owens on the top turnbuckle. Orton HeadButts Owens. Orton connects with the SuperPlex for a two count. Owens creates distance with a back elbow strike. Orton with a Scoop Slam for a two count.

Orton goes for the IEDDT, but Owens blocks it. Orton drags Owens out of the ring. Orton dumps Owens on the announce table. Owens is trying to run out of the Rupp Arena. Orton and Owens are brawling on the stage. Sami Zayn hits Owens in the back with a steel chair. Back in the ring, Orton regains momentum with the IEDDT. Orton goes for the RKO, but Owens counters with a ChopBlock. Owens SuperKicks Orton. Owens lands the Bull Frog Splash to pickup the victory.

Winner: Kevin Owens via Pinfall
