Kurt Angle, Braun Strowman, Samoa Joe and Roman Reigns In-Ring Segment:
This private matter with Jason Jordan has affected Kurt Angle’s ability to act as Raw General Manager. Angle talks about the newest member of the Raw Roster, Jason Jordan. He was terrified at first, but when he saw Jordan make his way down the aisle, he knew he made the right decision. He’s had the opportunity to go down memory lane with son. Angle announces that Jason Jordan will be making his RAW In-Ring Debut. Angle gave Samoa Joe and Roman Reigns the opportunity to see who would face Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam, but all hell broke loose. Just as Angle is about to making a major SummerSlam Announcement, Braun Strowman comes out to interrupt Angle. Strowman says that he should be the number one contender to the WWE Universal Championship or else. Unlike Roman Reigns and Samoa Joe, he won at Great Balls of Fire. Braun doesn’t fear Brock Lesnar, Brock fears him. At SummerSlam, he’ll break Brock in half to become the next Universal Champion. Samoa Joe joins the conversation. Fortunate for Strowman, they haven’t crossed paths too many times. Joe goes on to introduces himself to Strowman. He’s the man who tamed the beast and was within seconds of putting to sleep at Great Balls of Fire.
Joe doesn’t fear either Brock Lesnar or Braun Strowman. The only reason Joe is giving Strowman a pass for what he did last week was because it kept Roman Reigns from being choked out for the third straight time. The decision is right afront of Angle according to Joe. Strowman and Reigns need to finish what they started. Joe wants Angle to give him Brock Lesnar. Roman Reigns walks down to the ring. It’s funny that Joe talks about what he almost did because he hasn’t done anything here. As a matter of fact, neither Samoa Joe or Braun Strowman done anything in the WWE. After 5 years, Reigns was a 3 Time WWE World Heavyweight Champion, US Champion, Tag Team Champion, Royal Rumble Winner and he’s been part of five WrestleMania’s in which three of them, he’s main evented. At this year’s WrestleMania, he retired The Undertaker. Angle backs Reigns away from Samoa Joe.
Angle has changed his mind again. At SummerSlam, Brock Lesnar will put his WWE Universal Championship on the line in a Fatal Four Way Match against Samoa Joe, Braun Strowman and Roman Reigns. Angle starts walking out, but Joe starts yelling at him. Joe says that he’s the only deserving challenger, but Angle’s decision is final. The only thing that Strowman cares about is, piling up bodies. After telling Strowman to shut up, Reigns starts landing a series of right hands. Joe and Reigns are double teaming Strowman.
