– Nathan Frazer tells Axiom that he’s glad that Bron Breakker didn’t win the Male Superstar Of The Year Award. Bron was standing behind Frazer the entire time. Bron tells Frazer that his speed will have no effect on him because he’s the bad ass of WWE. Frazer challenges Bron to a match. Frazer says that Bron won’t be able to catch him with a Spear.
Third Match: Cora Jade vs. Karmen Petrovic
Jade talks smack to Petrovic after the bell rings. Jade starts shoving Petrovic. Petrovic rocks Jade with a forearm smash. Petrovic with a back heel kick. Jade drives Petrovic back first into the turnbuckles. Jade with clubbing shoulder blocks. Petrovic rolls Jade over for a two count. Jade with a Rising Knee Strike. Lyra Valkyria & Blair Davenport Segment
Sarah Schreiber: Next week at New Years Evil, Lyra Valkyria will defend her NXT Women’s Championship against Blair Davenport, in a first time ever contest. Ladies, I have to ask, why has it taken this long?
Blair Davenport: It’s only taken this long because she blew her knee up back in the UK, which was lucky for Lyra because she never wants anything to do with me in the first place.
Lyra Valkyria: Well, that’s not really true, Blair, isn’t it? You’ve been avoiding me all this time until I had this championship. I worked my way back from that injury, and all the way to the top where I beat Becky Lynch for this, while you were busy jumping people in the parking lot.
Sarah Schreiber: Blair, Lyra has a really good point, your methods are a little bit different.
Blair Davenport: It’s not hard to make people look when you are on camera with Rhea Ripley, Rey Mysterio, Xia Li, Becky Lynch. I have to make people look in my direction, and it worked.
Lyra Valkyria: It worked until it came back to bite you when Nikkita Lyons returned and kicked your head in. People don’t forget your cowardly actions.
Blair Davenport: Cowardly? I beat four women in that Iron Survivor Challenge. 25 minutes. No one tapped me out. No one pinned me. I bet you wished anyone else won but me. Tiffany Stratton, Lash Legend, Kelani Jordan, Fallon Henley, they all wanted a piece of you, but they have to get behind me because I’m the Iron Survivor, and I am your only competition.
Lyra Valkyria: I welcome competition.
Sarah Schreiber: Alright, let’s wrap this up. What’s going to happen next week?
Lyra Valkyria: No question it’s not going to be pretty. I don’t like how you do things, but I know you’ll do whatever it takes to take this. But the difference between me and Blair, you want this title to call yourself champion, I want this title because I want to be the best.
