I’m going, i’m wrestling, i’m fighting people with my boys. And today I got to team with O-Khan. I haven’t seen that guy since Osaka and before that it’s been a long time. AB, AB, CD, even different blocks, different days. But the fun ends. You see, tomorrow it all comes down to crunch time. And who is better in crunch time and under pressure? I am. See, Jeff Cobb, The Imperial Unit, when you squeeze me and all that pressure comes in, poof, it’s a diamond. I come out a diamond.

You see, Shane, you have nothing to lose. I have everything to lose and everything to gain. And, Shane, don’t think that I’m gonna come out there and play around, put my hair in little piggy tails again, no. See, that was just for today, that was just for the Yokohama crowd. Shane, tomorrow, you get all business Jeff Cobb. You get The Imperial Unit, Jeff Cobb. You get the Jeff Cobb that is one win away from escaping my D-Block and going on into the next round, The Elite Eight. Shane, it’s a big, big task task to beat me. Now, will you beat me? No. Will you survive? It’s if I let you.

Toru Yano: Hey, jackass. Who do you think you’re messing with? I’ll crush that twerp.

Gabriel Kidd: And just like that, Alex Coughlin, Gabe Kidd are back in business. What are you talking about? My G1’s finished. I beat the shit out of all them nerds. Left them feeling lifeless in there. And tomorrow, that clown gets his due, that clown gets what he should’ve got as soon as he got in the Dojo and that’s a good old fashioned pasting. Tell them, Alex.

Alex Coughlin: Tomorrow, it’s the last day of the G1 for me, but that mean it ain’t the least. Yano, you’re my last opponent. I feel bad for you. Coming here, laughing, joking, trying to sell your DVDs. Hanging on to the ropes. You’re only funny if somebody laughs and I ain’t laughing at you, man. Tomorrow, I am going to fucking kill you, you understand me? I ain’t missing words here. I’m here to make a statement. We’re bringing gold and we’re bringing bodies. I got Goto’s body, Tanahashi’s body, now all I need is Yano’s body. And, tomorrow, you’re mine.

Hikuleo: I’m waiting. Waiting. One more day and I’ll find out.

Shota Umino: I didn’t make it through the G1’s A Block. If I had beaten Hikuleo in Osaka, I would’ve gotten through to the quarter-finals. He was even strong than I imagined. But just as I said the other day, I’m not giving up here. I’m gonna keep fighting. One, two, three, four? Maybe more. There’s a lot of things I learned, a lot of things I felt during this G1 Climax. Some things that I absolutely have to do now to improve. It’s been three weeks, but one of those things, Narita, we drew in the first round. How can I make the next round with a draw, i asked? I told you in the ring, Narita, you’d better make it to the finals. But look at the results, neither of us made it out of the A Block. It’s almost pathetic. But I’m not gonna lose to my dojo teammate. Will I get a chance to fight you? Or am I gonna have to fight Kiyomiya? All I know is that I’m gonna beat you, Narita.

Ren Narita: Hey, Shota. Let’s continue where we left off in the G1 Climax. Bring it. Let’s do it. Next time, I’ll make sure the result isn’t in doubt. Don’t you dare forget.

Minoru Suzuki: Well, it’s great to have a decisive result instead of a draw. But why does he keep getting his ass kicked and trying to act all cool? You resting on your laurels in Strong Style? You feel you’re comfortable? That’s not what this is about, kid. That’s what I’m ticked off about. Gets beat up and then comes back to make a comment? Kick his ass next time.

El Desperado: I thought I avoided Hikuleo’s boot, but the heel got me. Damn. I knew that kid was strong.

Hirooki Goto: I’ve managed to stay in the league until my final match against Zack Sabre Jr. But if I want to make the finals, I can’t afford to lose. Tomorrow, I’m gonna bring all the fight I’ve got. There’s one person I want to face after I win this G1. Of course, the IWGP Heavyweight Champion is in my sights, too. But there’s another I want to fight.

YOH: My boobs are burning. All thanks to Fujita. What has he been learning? That guy is such a dweeb. But he kind of grows on you. Fujita, you make things fun. That’s why I love ya.

Zack Sabre Jr: The Samurai. Hello, Hirooki Goto. Hello mate. Where’s that Hirooki been? Where’s the G1 winner? Hirooki, you may have won the G1, but I haven’t and nothing is going to stop me. I just need you to beat Jeff Cobb.

Master Wato: It’s been a while, but I wanted to show I’m as fired up as this hot summer. I want to show everyone watching the G1 Climax what the Best Of The Super Jr’s winner is made of. I’m gonna build the future. I’ll show you just how hot this blue fire burns.

Hiroshi Tanahashi: Just one match left in the G1 Climax. I’m at three wins and three losses. I’ve ended with a losing record since 2019. Making the finals might be tough. I want to finish with a winning record. That’s my primary goal right now. Naito will get through with a win. Can he make it with a draw? It won’t be interesting if I let him get in that easy. It’s been a while since, well, let’s just say I might have to summon the not-so-nice Tanahashi. I’m gonna give everything I’ve got until the very end.

Yota Tsuji: I just fought as a member of LIJ, and standing across the ring was Hiroshi Tanahashi. Tomorrow, it’s Naito vs. Tanahashi. If I had to choose, you’re damn right it’s LIJ’s Naito. But Tanahashi, I’m grateful for everything you’ve done for me. I’ll say that just this once.

Tetsuya Naito: Tomorrow is the final league match of the D Block. Tetsuya Naito vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi. No doubt, he’s a special opponent for me. But I’m gonna beat Tanahashi, and go on to the finals in Funabashi. There are four days left of this G1 Climax. Hamamatsu, Funabashi, and two days at Ryogoku. As a pro wrestler, I’m gonna make the most of these moments. Who knows how many of them are left? See you guys tomorrow in Hamamatsu. Adios!

Mikey Nicholls: Oh, shit. There’s one more in the L column for me. But, you know, it’s never a shame to get pinned by one of the best. Obviously, he’s one of the best. But I stuck with him. 10, 15 minutes, I was right there with him, almost had him. Thank you for inviting me to the G1. And, you see, I left my heart and my soul, my fucking blood, sweat and tears in the ring. And that’s what you’re going to get every time Mikey Nicholls steps in the ring. Thank you.

Aaron Henare: You know, I didn’t know I was eliminated until only one match ago. But today, Tama, I don’t think I’ve ever been in the ring with someone with as much endurance. You know, I insulted him the other day, saying that he’s 41. 10 years my elder. But, boy, god damn, brave warrior. You had me running like I was the old man. But this time, this time was different than the New Japan Cup match. The New Japan Cup was just The GunStun. Today, GunStun, GunStun, and the driver. And you caught me. Fans are talking. And maybe if Mikey didn’t almost break my neck on the first day, maybe I would have done better, but I’ll let you in on a secret. There was only three men that I wanted to beat this G1. To prove that i’m the tough guy of pro wrestling. The first guy, “The Dragon” Shingo, I beat him and that took a lot out of me. Ishii, the second man, I beat him, that took even more out of me.

But this one guy, one guy running his fucking mouth, sitting in America for the last 20 years, pretending that, this here, Japanese Strong Style was his childhood dream. When you went to high school, when you were 14, telling the Japanese exchange girl from Yamanashi, when I grow up, I’m going to be a New Japan pro wrestler, Strong Style. Were you doing that? No, I don’t think so. Were you training Jiu Jitsu, MMA, Muay Thai, Rugby in the winter, getting your conditioning, getting your fucking fitness because you knew the only way you’re gonna make it is through that New Japan Dojo Test. Did you do the New Japan Dojo Test? Did you go through the dojo? Then what makes you think you have the right to represent Japanese Strong Style? Eddie Kingston, “Mad King”, if I ever see you in the ring again, motherfucker, watch your back, so I’ll show you who the real foreigner of Japanese Strong Style is.

Tama Tonga: And what I asked for, I got. And, Henare, I told you, I asked you to bring your very best and that, right there, is what I’m looking for. That’s the power, that’s the attitude I’ve been looking for. Because that brings me alive, Henare. Someone who can give it to me, that brings life into me. But make no mistake, that is not weakness, that is not fucking weakness. See, I can take it from anybody, I can take a beating like nobody. But I will fight back, I will go toe to toe, punch for punch, kick for kick, dropkick for dropkick. Whether it’s the first minute or the 20th minute or the 45th minute, you’ll see it from me, 100%. That’s a fact. Because I know I’m the greatest, I know I am. I’ve done this for a very long time. I’m the best at it. You all are just now starting to see it, but deep down inside, you all knew.

Eddie Kingston: Humble in victory and humble in defeat. I’m not happy. I’m mad at myself. But in this great sport, it happens. Finlay was the better man tonight. Disrespected the belt, we’ll talk about that later, behind the scenes. But he was the better man tonight and I make no excuses for it. Dream is not over because I’m still alive, that’s what I keep telling people, but my G1’s over. And it’s kind of hard to look back at right now, you know, with all the emotions going on. What do we have left? Two more shows? Three more shows? How many shows left? Four shows left.

So I have four chances to show the world that I belong here, that I studied the style and I put it into my game because I love it. I love pro wrestling. There’s nothing else to it, so win or lose, I’ll be humble. Congratulations, Finlay. And good luck to everybody else that’s still left in the G1. It’s been a hard journey and you guys earned it. Not deserved it, earned it. And I got four more chances to show the Japanese fans what I’m all about. And that’s emotion, yeah, I’m an emotional guy. Emotion and passion for this great sport. That’s it, guys, I’m gonna try to get up because my back is shot, it hurts.

David Finlay: How about a round of applause for the C Block Champion? How do you like that, Gedo? Yeah, we knew that was going to happen. Hey, listen, I am officially the king of murderer’s row. I walked into this tournament, saying I’m the baddest man in this company and I just proved it. This was the ass kickers block, well, I just whooped everybody’s ass. Eddie, I told you I was gonna drag you into deep waters and drown you. And I did exactly that. So, when you go back to AEW, you let everyone on that roster know who the greatest Bullet Club leader of all-time is. Now, who do I have next? Ospreay? Ospreay, hey, last year in the G1, I beat him in under 15 minutes. I’ll do it even faster this year, you understand me, Ospreay? I haven’t forgotten about Kobe. I haven’t forgotten when I was this close to taking the US Championship from you. Back then, I was still holding back. You understand, there was absolutely nothing that will stop me from obliterating you. I’ll break your fingers. I’ll break your knees.

I’ll break your legs. I’ll break your arms. I’ll break your neck, if that’s what it takes, Ospreay. Because you are standing between me and my Tokyo Dome main event. You are standing in between me and winning the G1 Climax. You are the first stepping stone in becoming the IWGP World Heavyweight Champion. This year, I’ve been calling my shots and I’ve been making them. Dontaku, when I demolished Tama Tonga for this, I said he was not walking out of the arena and what happened? He didn’t walk out of the arena. I walked into the G1 Climax, said I would kick everyone’s ass and win C Block. And what did I do? Exactly freaking that. So mark my words, it doesn’t matter if it’s Ospreay, Okada, anybody else that makes it through, this is my year. Nobody can touch me. Nobody is more violent than me. Nobody deserves this more than me. So, Ospreay, rest up, freshen up, Thursday, your G1 comes to a heartbreaking conclusion.

EVIL: Just like I said out there, the shine is coming off SANADA’s reign. The only reason he looks so good right now is because he hasn’t wrestled me. Let’s see you shine once you face me. Well, at least it’ll be a good warm up match for when I take that G1 Championship. Remember that.
