Roman Reigns & The Usos Segment

Roman Reigns: I know a lot of you at home didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t present last week. There’s a lot about last week that I didn’t like either. But if there’s one thing that stood out, one thing that I will not stand for, that’s a liar like Edge, coming out here and saying that I fear him, saying that he’s in my head. I’m an honest man, so I’ll tell the truth. In our main event WrestleMania Match, for maybe like one moment, and you ask any fighter, ask Brock, they’ll all tell you, fear can sometimes happen. So, for like 10 seconds, maybe 20 seconds, when he had him in that hold, when that bar was going across my face, there might haven a little bit of doubt, a little bit of fear. But what did that do? It propelled me.

Like every other piece of adversity in my life, I pushed through it, I picked myself up, and what happened on that night? I smashed them, I stacked them, and I pinned them and we printed a shirt because of this. So don’t ever come out here and say that you’re in my head or I fear you, because that’s not possible, no. The only reason you were able to get to me a couple weeks ago was not because of fear, Edge, it was because I was not focused. It was because I had so much going on with my family, with Jimmy and Jey, that I wasn’t even thinking about you, you weren’t even a thought, a worry in my mind. And since we’re talking about family, this may be a good point to handle some business.

Jimmy Uso: Yo, uce. Why did you think I got in Edge’s face last week? It weren’t for me. It was for us, just like you said, uce. But I don’t remember seeing you last week, you must’ve been on vacation. I showed up.

Roman Reigns: First off, when did I tell to you to do this for us? When did I tell you to make decisions for us? And, second off, Vacation? Vacation? If anybody earned a vacation, I earned the vacation, but I don’t take vacations. I was busy doing what you couldn’t do. I was busy doing your job, too.

– Jey Uso walks down to the ring.

Jey Uso: Yes sir. Uce, I’m back, not for you, not for any of you, uce, but for all of us. You’re right hand man is back, uce. And to you, I always got your back. Even through these hard times right now, keep your head up and let’s get back to work, doing what we do, and I mean becoming 7X WWE Tag Team Champions, uce.

Roman Reigns: And I’ve been saying it all along. That’s all I ever wanted. You choose what you want to hear, but I’ve been saying it. 7X Tag Team Champions. Universal Champion for however long I want to be. And the way we do it is together, on the same page, all of us working together. Can’t nobody touch us. Can’t nobody touch us if we do it my way.

The segment concluded with a big group hug.
