Miz TV With Special Guest: The Hurt Business

John Morrison: Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce to you, the new WWE Champion, The Miz.

The Miz: Welcome to the most must WWE talk show in history, Miz TV: Champions Edition. I’m curious, how do you like me now? Because 16 years ago, I first step foot inside a WWE ring and all of you and everybody in that locker room said, I would be fired within three months. And today, 16 years later, I stand before you inside a WWE ring, on the flagship show of Monday Night Raw, as the WWE Champion. All the top superstars from my generation have come and gone, and here I am, still standing. I’ve taken them all out. All the Batista’s, who’s doing buddy cop movies. Cena, you want to see him, check out a commercial.

The list goes on and on, you name them and they just don’t measure up. Batista, Cena, Triple H, Big Show, Bobby Lashley, Daniel Bryan and even Edge, they’re all titans, but they don’t measure up to my longevity, my star power, my tenacious attitude. And speaking of Edge. You want to play high stakes poker? Here’s my royal flush. I called my shot. I’m like the Babe Ruth of WWE, and it feels so good because I wasn’t sneaky. I told Drew McIntyre, I was going to cash in my money in the bank contract and beat him, and that is exactly what I did. Everybody thought they knew what was gonna happen on The Road To WrestleMania, but The Miz put forth a detour. I am main event caliber superstar. My career reads like a jeopardy clue. He is the only two-time grand-slam champion in the history of this business. (CORRECT Time). I am holding this title, in front of you, because I deserve it. I didn’t ask for your respect, I demanded it.

– Bobby Lashley walks down to the ring with MVP.

MVP: Miz, on behalf of The Hurt Business, please allow me to congratulate you on your new WWE Championship. And what an impressive list of accomplishments you ran down, very, very impressive. However, I couldn’t help but notice that you omitted the part where Bobby Lashley absolutely wrecked and destroyed Drew McIntyre, allowing you to cash in your money in the bank contract to become WWE Champion. Where was that part?

The Miz: Well, I was getting there with my speech. Absolutely, I wanted to thank both of you for last night. It was an incredible exemptional night, but John Morrison and myself have more celebrating to do, so if you want to continue, you’re more than welcome to, you two have a wonderful night, thanks.

MVP: I’m sorry, Miz, this business meeting is not yet adjourned. How about we disclose the terms of our arrangement to the WWE Universe? Where your man, J-Mo, cost my business associate the United States Championship, and now you have an obligation to make things right. Bobby Lashley helps you become the WWE Champion, and Bobby Lashley is first line in line for a WWE Championship Title Opportunity.

Bobby Lashley: You owe me a debt, Miz, and we came here to collect.

The Miz: Look, I did promise you a championship match, but I never said when. Look, as a WWE Champion, I have talk shows, press, media interviews, I have a new season of Miz and Mrs, Fastlane is coming up, WrestleMania is coming up. There are so many stresses of being a WWE Superstar that you guys might not understand. But, look, I am sorry, but there is just no time.

MVP: No time? There’s no time? Wait, while you were running down the litany of WWE Titans that didn’t measure up to The Miz, you had time to mention Bobby Lashley’s name. Bobby Lashley doesn’t measure up to The Miz? That’s what he said.

The Miz: No, that is taken out of context, I did not say that, I would never say something like that.

Bobby Lashley: Okay, listen, we’ve made a deal. You got one hour to come to your senses and give me what I want. And if you make a bad decision, you will be starring in a new reality show called, How Lashley Sent Me To The Emergency Room? One way or another, I’m gonna beat the life out of you and take that WWE Championship. And it’s gonna be painful, merciless, and awesome.

Randy Orton Promo

Failure. Failure is not a word that I’m all too familiar with, my track record proves it. But recently, lately, I find myself surrounded by it. Last week, I should’ve won the Gauntlet Match. And if I would’ve won the gauntlet match, it would’ve put me at an advantage last night in the Elimination Chamber Match. But I didn’t win the gauntlet match, no, as a matter of fact, last night at the Elimination Chamber, I was the very first man eliminated. So I wondered, what’s the distraction, Randy? Because every time I get distracted, every time I have a problem, I do whatever it is I have to do to take care of that problem.

Just like The Fiend was a distraction, The Fiend was a problem, and what did I do, I set The Fiend on fire. So I took care of The Fiend. I set The Fiend on fire. The Fiend is no more, although some like to think that he’s coming back, but he is not coming back. But, in the meanwhile, I find myself in limbo, I find myself wondering, what’s the distraction? Why can’t I focus on what matters? Why can’t I focus on the WWE Title? And I’ll tell you why, because I am still distracted, but I am not distracted by The Fiend. I am distracted by Alexa Bliss.

Orton starts coughing out black mist to close the segment.
