John Cena: I think the legacy of The Undertaker is, reliability, it’s the dedication to the craft. Caring and loving about the business so much, that you put it above all else. You can’t deny the passion of that. You can’t deny the dedication of that. The bar for respect is The Undertaker. That goes into his investment and his passion, but you believe. But I think as long as you believe, then The Undertaker will be The Undertaker.

Roman Reigns: He’s legit one of the greatest performers of all-time in any form of entertainment. You can’t do what he did and not love this. He gave his whole life to it. It’s not like getting to the top of the mountain, it’s staying there. So, to be able to do that for the amount of years, decades, it’s incredible.

The Undertaker vs. AJ Styles w/The OC In A Boneyard Match

AJ Styles: Oh, what a ride. So scary? That doesn’t look scary at all. Hey, Undertaker, where are you? I’m here. Come on, big man. Where are you at? I’m ready. I hear him. Wow, there he is. I didn’t think you’d show up. Does Michelle know that you’re out late? I took the liberty of digging your grave for you. Doesn’t it look nice?

The Undertaker: You dug your own grave.

Just give up. Retire, already, man. Let me bury you. Get up. I’m begging you. Get up. You just don’t have it anymore, old man. You just don’t have it anymore. We’re not done yet. We’re just getting started. Isn’t that what you told me? Here, buddy. Come on over here. Right? I want to talk to you. Hang on for a second. Let me help you out here. You see, you aren’t going to last as long as I did.

You’re a lot tougher than I gave you credit for. What do you think? What are you sorry for? Tell me. No, don’t look over there, i’m over here. Those ribs hurt, don’t they? We’re going to do this. Go out like a man. What? Come on, old man. I’m an old man, right? Yea, you’re sorry. You gave a hell of a fight. You think i’m gonna bury you, really? You just fought your ass off. Come here, man. Winner: The Undertaker

Comments From Bret Hart, Edge, and Christian

Edge: He’s Undertaker to everyone. There’s a definite mood that changes within the entire arena when that first gong hits. He was able to take that character and morph it in order to keep the deadman alive. It’s just something special, you hear the term, lightning in a bottle, and every once in awhile, if you make it to the top, you’ve caught it but, man, he caught it for like, what, 30 years?

Christian: I just remember being in awe of him. He just has that larger than life aura about him, whether he’s in a ring or walking to a room, he’s magnetic in that sense.

Bret Hart: And he delivered, all the time. He always raised the bar.

Comments From Kane & Ric Flair

Kane: He is the greatest character in the history of this company. The character was so unique, mythical, legendary, it was just amazing. You had never before in history seen a guy that was that big, that can do things that were so athletic. He is the only character that has been able to maintain the integrity of that character, and then add to it. It was so strong, and so well defined, it was just a unique package.

Ric Flair: Taker was just a whole new deal. 6’10 and 280 pounds, diving over the top rope, you know, guys his size don’t do that. It was then, and it is to me, the greatest character in the history of the business as far as i’m concern. I think he’s the biggest star in the history of the business.

Jeff Hardy & King Corbin Segment

King Corbin: How about that? The Undertaker’s final match. It just happen to be 30 years after his first match. But do you guys know why they call it a Boneyard Match? Because that’s exactly what The Undertaker is, an old bag of bones. The Undertaker is just a shell of what he used to be. I mean, he’s supposed to have some storied 30 year career, wow. Do you know how many of those years, The Undertaker spent kissing the ass of a certain family? Do you know, there actually used to be a club around here called, the kiss my ass club? And The Undertaker, well, he was the founding member.

I mean, really, a 30 year career, nobody does that, it’s impossible, unless you are coddled and protected by the owners. That’s exactly what he was, protected for 30 years. Undertaker, you have been stealing money from this company for the last 20 years. And you know what else? I think you’re a selfish son of a bitch, because you’ve been holding superior athletes like myself down for a very, very long time. And now I gotta stand around, and I gotta hear all these hall of famers and these legends pay their respects to The Undertaker. Matter of fact, then, all these fools come out to the stage and they chant, THANK YOU TAKER. You know what? Taker, I don’t thank you. Oh, don’t start with that stupid chant. No, it’s very simple, matter of fact, Mark Calaway, I want to leave you with one final thought, you suck.

Jeff Hardy attacks King Corbin from behind. Hardy with rapid fire haymakers. Hardy with a Wrecking Ball Dropkick. Corbin retreats to the backstage area.

Comments From Stone Cold Steve Austin & Kurt Angle

Stone Cold Steve Austin: When I think, Undertaker, I just think this guy, with all of this mystique, you knew as soon as you met him, he was gonna be somebody. He has prove time and time again, he is one of the toughest guys in the history of the business by just some of the stuff that he’s done on some of the WrestleMania PPV’s. He’s a warhorse. Man, when the company is depending on you, that is a lot of pressure, you must perform, and that’s what he’s always done. To ride into the lightning bolt for 30 years, he’s had hands down one of the absolute best careers in the history of the business.

Kurt Angle: Undertaker is a very intelligent man. He knows how to evolve, but that wasn’t just, character, it was him evolving as a wrestler. He was having these big time WrestleMania main event style matches, strictly wrestling. He is the epitome of superman in this business. Undertaker wanted WrestleMania moments. He wanted to have those matches that fans would remember forever. And he deserves that, Undertaker deserves all the notoriety.

Comments From Triple H & Shawn Michaels

Triple H: I think Mark is one of the most loyal people i’ve ever met. It’s the loyalty to this, all of it, to the business, to what he dedicated his life to, to what gave him his life. Through everything, he was a constant, he was a locker room leader, what he meant to the business, in the ring and out of the ring. And his legacy is that there’ll never be another.

Shawn Michaels: The longevity to evolve in a methodical and meticulous way over the years, and to get such  reaction, it was just magic. And because of that, you can’t help but respect the guy.
