Daniel Bryan, The Miz, King Corbin and Dolph Ziggler In-Ring Segment

Daniel Bryan: It’s great to be back in Brooklyn. Now the last couple of weeks, people have been asking me, what happen to you? Where did you go? And to be honest, I don’t know. All I know is that I felt viscerally, “The Fiend”, rip off my beard and rip out my hair. When I got cleaned up and I look in the mirror, I actually didn’t notice the beard or the hair. What I notice missing was this weird thing that I created, the Daniel Bryan brand.

It was gone and for some reason it didn’t feel lacking. But then I got home and I saw my daughter. It was the very first time my daughter had seen me without any facial hair. Without long hair. And when she saw me, she cried. She was scared. She looked at me like she didn’t know who I was. All she knew was, Daniel Bryan, the brand. She didn’t recognized me, but I recognized me. Because what I saw in that mirror was the man who never main evented WrestleMania.

Who was never handed a damn thing. Who had to fight, scratch and claw for every single thing that I was given. That’s the man I saw in the mirror. That man was the man who came in on Sunday at TLC and kicked Bray Wyatt’s ass. Bray Wyatt likes to talk about changing people. And guess what? He succeeded. But I’m going to change Bray Wyatt too. Bray Wyatt has said that he’s trained himself to not feel pain. Well Bray, why don’t you come out here right now and I’m gonna prove you wrong.

The Miz: Daniel, what happen to you was awful, but Bray Wyatt personally attacked my family. You don’t know what it’s like to have your home violated. To have some lunatic, put puppets in your two year old daughters crib. He’s sick. He’s a monster. At TLC, it wasn’t about winning or losing, it was about protecting what I cherish most in this world and that is my family. Something that Bray Wyatt will never have. I mean besides his fantasy world that he’s created for himself, all Bray Wyatt has is his title and I’m going to take the one thing he cherishes the most, the Universal Championship.

King Corbin: Miz, what’s the matter? Some scary dolls showed up in your new happy home. Well maybe Miz, if your daughter had a few more of your wife’s genes, it wouldn’t been so scary. And Daniel, boo hoo. Little Birdie was scared cause daddy came home looking like baby yoda. Now you’re out here talking about your brand. Your brand is failure, unlike me of course. I defeated Kurt Angle in his farewell match at WrestleMania. I won King Of The Ring and defeated Roman Reigns last Sunday at TLC. So look, I don’t care what personal issues you guys have with The Fiend. Bray Wyatt gots something that I want, that Universal Championship. By virtue of my victory over Roman Reigns at TLC, I’m next in line. Neither one of you. And you know what? As a matter of fact, not only have you two failed as WWE Superstars, you’ve failed as fathers.
