Chris Jericho Promo

Watch your language. I want you just be cool, alright? Listen, if we were gonna ambush you, we would’ve attacked you already. Right? It’s just you and me here. Two gentlemen having a nice conversation. Listen, The Inner Circle and I just wanted to say how impressed we are with you since you came to AEW. You’re the top guy as far as i’m concern. You’re number one, right here. But it’s not a surprise because we got a long history together. I remember a decade ago when you first came on the worldwide stage and asked me for some advice. Leather jacket with a little Kurt Cobain hair cut. You came and ask me for some help and I gave you that help.

You asked me how to get over? How to become a star and you did. And then we became adversaries and we beat the living shit out of each other. You threw me into tacks, you destroyed my property, I hit you with a 50 pound piece of crockery, sent you to the hospital, but I taught you how to become a main event superstar. I taught how to become a champion, everyone can agree. Then years later, when you needed to ignite your passion for your life and for this business, you called me. Then I navigated you out of those waters, I navigate you out of those rocks, I navigated you to AEW. Now, you repaid me by laying me out at Double Or Nothing, when you made your debut and that’s okay.

It showed me that you still had that chip on your shoulder. It showed me that you were still an asshole. It showed me you were still a winner, but you only just begun to realize your importance here in AEW. You’re only just harnessing the power that you have within. Once again, you need me and I’ll tell you why. Shut up. Could you imagine what it would be like if Hager, Santana, Ortiz, Guevara, Jericho and Moxley joined forces? That’s why I want to ask you to join The Inner Circle. This is not an answer you can make in one night. It’s certainly not an answer you’re gonna give the morons here in Dallas, I get that.

We want you to take some time. Talk it over with your lovely wife. Talk it over with your mother, who I also met, great lady. Enjoy the holidays and when you’re ready to give us your answer, we’ll be waiting for you. Cause just imagine, The Inner Circle and The Master Of Unscripted Violence joining forces and taking over All Elite Wrestling. That is a true paradigm shift. So think hard, choose wisely and when you’re ready, we’ll be waiting. Don’t listen to them, they don’t know anything. When you’re ready, give us your answer, we’ll be waiting brother.

MJF Promo

Cut my music. One second guys, I’ll get to you in a second. Hey, chord boy. Yea I’m talking to you buddy. I just want to have a little chat. Come into the ring. Do you need help from Wardlow to get in the ring, bud? Yea I didn’t think so. You know when Cody decided to talk about my Cross Rhodes, I could’ve swore that I saw you laughing last week, isn’t that the case? Were you laughing? You know what buddy, all is forgiven. All you have to do is kiss the ring.

– MJF drops the production assistant with The Cross Rhodes.

I don’t know roller coaster, that looked pretty good to me. What do you white trash hicks think? Are you guys done? Cody Rhodes, you are without a shadow of doubt, one of the greatest wrestlers of this generation. With a microphone in your hand bud, you’re absolutely untouchable. Well, with the exemption of one guy. And out all of the people, to open your mouth about, you decided to talk about that one guy. To quote a legend, do not throw rocks at a man with a machine gun. And when my mouth opens, these bullets don’t miss. Now, Cody I heard your little business proposal and it was really cute don’t get me wrong, I really enjoyed it. But Cody, I don’t need your crap man. I damn sure don’t need your money. Unlike all of them, I got enough money to last me a lifetime.

What I need from you Cody is for you to suffer. But there was one line, you decided to say. You decided to call me, a knockoff Chris Jericho. Oh, you guys like that? You thought that was funny? What an amazing diss Cody. You must have stayed up for hours sweating just to think of that zinger, I mean honestly amazing. Is it because of my scarf? The same scarf, you and these morons so boldly claimed to be fake? Let’s talk about that word, fake. It’s very apropos that you used that word fake because when I think of the word fake, I think of you. I think of that platinum blonde hair that looks like a cat pissed on it. I think of those Gary Busey beaver teeth that I can land a helicopter on. I think of all the times you look at these fans and claim that you care about them.

Well, guess what Cody? There’s one thing about you that’s very real and that’s your shitty little lisp. Aww, suffering succotash, I’m so sorry, did I offend you bud? Are you guys upset? What you gonna do Cody? Gonna fire me? Gonna pull Tony Khan over to the side and get me fired? How about you do that Cody? How about you fire me? Oh wait that’s right, you wont. Because the one thing you want most in this world, is to get your hands on me. And to top that off, you would be letting down each and every single one of these people, who you claim to care about because what they want more than anything is to see us go at it. So you people want to see MJF vs. Cody Rhodes?

You people want to see it? Let me hear it. Well, guess what Cody? You’re on, but Cody I have a couple of stipulations here and I’ll tell you those stipulations. However, I’m not going to tell you those stipulations here in Honkyville, Texas. You guys got a problem with the truth? Cody, I’m gonna give you the stipulations in Jacksonville. One more thing before I leave Cody, I want you to look into the monitor. I know you’re back there like a pit bull on a leash, foaming at the mouth, just praying to god that someone is going to release you, but here’s the thing bud. I want you to remember this, I’m in control now, not you. Because I am better than you and you know it.
