Charlotte Flair & Trish Stratus In-Ring Segment

Every time Charlotte Flair stands in this ring, you are witnessing greatness. Most of us dream of greatness and strive and desire it. You don’t have the genetics, the talent, or the discipline to achieve it. You either quit, lie to yourself, or do something else. Just like her opponent at SummerSlam, Trish Stratus. Trish is a 7-Time WWE Women’s Champion, who when the industry changed, decided to do something different. A family and a minivan.  At the height of the Women’s Revolution, Trish wanted to come back for one match? That isn’t it. Trish sees Charlotte’s greatness and it eats her alive. Trish was never as good as her. The athletes of today are better. Trish wants to have this match in front of her family in her home country.

Charlotte will shatter her dreams. Now let’s see some of The Queen’s biggest accomplishments. Instead, we get a Trish Stratus video package. Charlotte is pissed. Trish walks down to the ring. Trish may be trying to prove it to her kids or the fans, but also to prove it to herself. In the words of the late great Harley Race, there’s no greater feeling in the world than to be under these bright light. Trish wants and needs it. Charlotte may be the queen, but in the end, she’s not Trish Stratus. Charlotte welcomes Trish to her worst nightmare because this Sunday she’s going to make her bow down to The Queen. WOOOOO! Trish slaps Charlotte in the face. Charlotte laughs and exits the ring.

The Kevin Owens Show With Special Guest: Shane McMahon and Elias

This isn’t any normal Kevin Owens Show. He wants Shane McMahon to come out and get this over with. We know Shane likes a big dramatic entrance, but we have better things to do then wait for his sorry ass. Shane shuffles to the ring. Unfortunately we’ll not have a proper introduction from Greg Hamilton. Since he laid out this challenge for SummerSlam, why isn’t Shane’s career on the line as well? It’s because of his last name. He can say and do whatever he wants. The people have been loud and clear Owens wants to appeal to Shane’s sense of pride, or that giant, disgusting ego of his. Since his family talks about what’s best for business, Owens wants Shane to put his career on the line. If Shane wins, he will be gone, but if Shane loses, the WWE Universe will finally get what they want.

Shane will have to ponder that for a second. That would be an emphatic no. It’s Owens ego that’s got him in this mess in the first place. He made the stipulation for the match. Shane wants to inform Owens all of the ways he can lose at SummerSlam. There’s no shame losing to the best in the world. He can lose the old fashioned way by pinned in the center of the ring. Owens could tap out to one of the most lethal submissions in the world, the triangle choke. Hell, he could slip on water and be counted out. Shane knows that he’s in Owens head which can cause a possible disqualification. Owens career will be over. After all of these years of Shane doing these death defying acts, he no longer has any balls. Kevin drops the mic. Shane has those and brains too.
