The New Day & Dolph Ziggler In-Ring Segment:

Kofi Kingston welcomes the citizens of Ontario, California to SmackDown Live. Coming up this Sunday at WWE Stomping Grounds, Kofi Kingston will be putting his WWE Title on the line against Dolph Ziggler in a Steel Cage Match. That’s only if Ziggler makes it through tonight. With that on the horizon, they want to keep the show fresh. Big E suggests that for the second hour of Smackdown, or the freaky hour, that there be a slip and slide. Dolph Ziggler comes out to interrupt The New Day. Don’t let the smoke and mirrors to distract from what we know Super Showdown. Kofi doesn’t deserve to be WWE Champion. Without The New Day, Kofi would be nothing. They wouldn’t have his back. Kofi won’t be able to stand on his own.

The next time Kofi goes to Ghana, it won’t be a celebration, it will be an apology tour. Kofi will have to look at everyone in the face and tell them that when the cards were down and everything was on his shoulders and he was backed into a corner and defend the title all by himself, he failed. At Stomping Grounds, it will be Ziggler slamming Kofi’s body into that unforgiving steel. It will be Ziggler grinding Kofi’s body into that steel. Ziggler will be kicking ass and taking names on Sunday. Kofi doesn’t know about steel cages? Do you remember where this journey began? It began in the Elimination Chamber. Kofi is aware of the brutality that will occur inside a steel cage and he’s good with that. Whether he pins Ziggler in the ring or climb over the cage to go to the floor, or maybe he will just hit Ziggler with Trouble in Paradise and milly rock out that front door.

No matter how it happens, Kofi will beat Ziggler at Stomping Grounds and remain your WWE World Heavyweight Champion. That’s Sunday, Ziggler needs to worry about tonight.  His brother, Xavier, has been itching to pop you in the mouth, like he did at Super Showdown. Ziggler wants Kofi to pay close attention to what’s going to happen to his buddy. If it wasn’t for Kofi’s buddies, Ziggler would be WWE Champion right now. After tonight, Xavier Woods will never be able to help Kofi again. Onto Sunday, at Stomping Grounds, all of the positivity, all of the bad inside jokes, the colors, the laughter, all of the pretending of things that you’re not come down when he’s locked inside a steel cage with Ziggler. At Stomping Grounds, Kofi will no longer be WWE Champion. Cause it should have been Dolph Ziggler all along.

A Moment Of Bliss With Special Guests: Bayley

Please welcome her special friend who will be in her corner on Sunday, Nikki Cross. Where’s the coffee? Bayley comes out drinking Bliss coffee. Bliss calls Bayley selfish. Bayley says that she would never say anything negative about Nikki Cross Bliss reminds Bayley that she dashed Nikki’s dreams of being a tag champion. Bayley says that Bliss is using Cross. She’s tired of Bliss talking behind her back and dares Bliss to say it to her face. Bliss knows the real Bayley. Bliss saw right through Bayley when she was in NXT. Everyone told her that she didn’t belong, so Bliss turned to the nice person in the locker room and Bayley made her feel worthless.

The only person who had time for her was Charlotte. Now Bayley comes out here with her buddies dressing like she works at Forever 21. In reality, Bayley is not a hugger, she’s a liar. That’s so typical of Bliss making up scenarios that never happen. Bliss is treating Nikki Cross the same way she treated Nia Jax and Mickie James. Bayley never lied to her, Bliss can’t handle the truth. She’s not a goddess, she’s an entitled princess who doesn’t deserve a damn thing. Bliss not entitled, she’s better than Bayley. She has always been better than her. Bliss has a natural gift for this.

So Bayley is better because Bliss doesn’t imitate wrestlers or wait for John Cena’s autograph? Bayley says that Bliss has tried to hang onto anyone who can help her get ahead. Bayley has never needed a single person to succeed. That’s why she’s the SmackDown Women’s Champion.  Bliss calls Bayley a placeholder because she peaked in NXT. The one person you found so undeserving is the one who is living out the career that you wanted. Bayley punches Bliss and the brawl is on. Cross pulls Bayley off of Bliss. Cross yells at Bayley. Bliss drops Bayley with a forearm smash.

Shane McMahon, Drew McIntyre, Elias, The Miz, and R-Truth In-Ring Segment:

Unfortunately no time for a proper best in the world introduction. Everybody already knows that Shane McMahon is the best in the world. Shane had an incident with Roman Reigns last night, but we need to put the spotlight on the right man, Drew McIntyre. The man who will kick ass and take names in five days at Stomping Grounds when he puts The Big Dog down in the middle of this ring. McIntyre is praying that Roman is listening right now. McIntyre did Roman a favor. Shane wanted him to end Roman’s career tonight, but they’re better than that. They’re better than Roman Reigns. They were having a private function and Roman decided to sucker punch them. McIntyre wants Roman at 100 percent, so there will be no excuses.

The Miz joins the conversation. Miz needs Shane, McIntyre, and the hairy guy with a guitar to watch this video package. We see a clip of Roman Reigns mollywhopping The Revival, Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre. Is that funny Shane asks? We see Roman Reigns delivering a SuperMan Punch/Spear in slow motion. How can you sweat more in slow motion? If anyone in the truck plays any more videos, they will lose their job tomorrow. Shane was the kid who always starts every game because daddy is the coach. Miz will have a special edition MizTV with clips of Roman Reigns kicking Drew McIntyre’s ass. It’s not Shane fault that his father is a billionaire and Miz’s father is a bake potato. When Shane McMahon came back to the WWE, he pushed for this show to be different from Raw. The only opportunities on either show goes to Shane and his friends. He sucks up all the air time and we are sick of it.

This all started at World Cup when for the first time in his career, he got injured. Shane won the match and became the best in the world. Miz created a monster. Shane is his responsibility because he sent him down this ego trip and he will be the one to end it. Miz didn’t give Shane anything, he couldn’t get the job done. Shane had take care of business. Since Miz is all revved up and ready to go, let’s have a tag match. Miz is shocked that Shane would put him in a handicap match. Shane’s not that type of person. Shane tells Miz he can pick a partner of his choosing as long as it is in the next ten seconds. R-Truth crawls out from under the ring. Awesome Truth is back baby. Shane didn’t see that coming. However, this match will be a tag team elimination match. Let’s get a referee down here because that match is next.
