Okada whips White to the corner. Okada with a Leaping Back Elbow Smash. Okada follows that with a snap ddt for a two count. Okada bodyslams White. Okada dives over White. White kicks Okada in the jaw. Okada responds with a forearm smash. Okada with a standing dropkick which sends White tumbling to the floor. Okada takes out Gedo with a Flying Splash. Okada brings White back to the ringside area. Okada goes for a Reverse NeckBreaker, but White blocks it. White ducks a clothesline from Okada. White with a Snap Saito Suplex. White slips out of The TombStone PileDriver. Okada delivers a ShotGun Dropkick. Okada with a Missile Dropkick for a two count. Okada with a Flying Elbow Drop. Okada does his signature Rain Maker Pose. Okada repeatedly kicks White in the face. Okada with clubbing haymakers. White drops Okada with The FlatLiner. White with a DeadLift German Suplex. White goes for The Blade Runner, but Okada blocks it. White with a Uranage Slam for a two count. White goes for The Kiwi Crusher, but Okada lands back on his feet. Okada with three sharp elbow strikes. White with a Saito Suplex over the top rope. White hits The Kiwi Crusher for a two count. White delivers his combination offense. Okada responds with The TombStone PileDriver. Big Boot/Knife Edge Chop Exchange. White tells Okada to bring it. That leads us to a forearm exchange. Okada with stinging uppercuts. Okada goes for a dropkick, but White holds onto the ropes. White unloads blistering chops.

Okada dropkicks White. Okada knocks Gedo off the ring apron. Okada with another dropkick. Okada goes for The Rain Maker, but White counters with The Sleeper Suplex. Okada with an arm-drag takeover. White reverses out of the irish whip from Okada. Okada dropkicks the back of White’s head. White goes for The Blade Runner, but Okada counters with The Spinning Rain Maker. Okada connects with The Rain Maker for a two count. Okada goes for The TombStone PileDriver, but White counters with The Blade Runner for a two count. Okada is displaying his fighting spirit. Gedo continues to run interference. White low blows Okada. White goes for The Blade Runner, but Okada counters with a German Suplex. CounterFest at MSG. Okada with a Dynamic Dropkick. White repeatedly kicks Okada in the face. Okada with The Rain Maker. White goes for The Blade Runner, but Okada counters with The Spinning TombStone PileDriver. Okada finally plants White with The Rain Maker to pickup the victory.
