Triple H In-Ring Segment: 

You can feel the excitement in the air tonight. I mean after all, we’re on the Road To WrestleMania. The last 24 hours should be proof enough of what’s going on. History was made last night in Houston. Sasha Banks and Bayley, inside the Elimination Chamber became the first WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions. Finn Balor overcame the odds and beat Bobby Lashley and Lio Rush in a two on one handicap match to become the new Intercontinental Champion. Kofi Kingston captured the heart and imagination of the world when he came so close to becoming the WWE Champion.

Becky Lynch, The Man came around showed that she will not let a 60 day suspension or a knee injury keep her from Charlotte Flair or Ronda Rousey. As an official in the WWE, he will have to arrest Becky if she does it again. However, he thought it was pretty cool. Speaking of pretty cool, it was announced that the first inductees into the Hall of Fame this year will be DX. If that isn’t enough to prove this is the road to WrestleMania, he’s going to pour some gas on the fire. Triple H oversees the third global touring brand, NXT.

Some of those superstars will be making their debuts tonight. A man who has redefined aerial combat, Ricochet. We will also be seeing one of the fastest and most destructive strikers, Aleister Black. He mentions a man so technically proficient that he has garnered the name Johnny Wrestling, the North American Champion, Johnny Gargano. The man who is sadistic and remorseless, The Black Heart, Tommaso Ciampa. There is a saying in NXT that the future is now and that is going to be seen tonight. All hell is going to break loose because there is going to be a tables match, next.

First Match: Braun Strowman vs. Baron Corbin in a Tables Match 

Corbin talks smack to Strowman after the bell rings. Corbin punches the injured ribs of Strowman. Strowman sends Corbin tumbling to the floor. Strowman with a straight right hand. Strowman throws Corbin into the ringside barricade. Corbin attacks Strowman from behind. Corbin drives Strowman rib first into the barricade. Corbin continues to use the barricade as a weapon. Strowman HeadButts Corbin. Strowman follows that with a big haymaker. Strowman rolls a table into the ring. Corbin repeatedly stomps on Strowman’s chest. Corbin kicks the table out of the ring.

Corbin targets the injured ribs of Strowman on the outside. Corbin poses for the crowd. Corbin drives Strowman back first into the LED Board. Strowman creates distance with a Vertical Suplex on the ramp. Strowman clears the announce table. Pure chaos inside the Cajun Dome. Strowman goes for a Running PowerSlam, but Corbin lands back on his feet. Corbin shoves Strowman off the stage. Strowman side steps Corbin into the turnbuckles. Strowman with a Corner Clothesline.

Corbin sends Strowman shoulder first to the steel ring post. Strowman drops Corbin with The Concrete Sledge. Corbin ducks a clothesline from Strowman. Corbin with a Wrap Around Lariat. Corbin transitions into a ground and pound attack. Corbin whips Strowman with a kendo stick. Corbin goes for a Flying Double Axe Handle Strike, but Strowman counters with Two Ring Step Shots. Corbin kicks Strowman in the jaw. Corbin with a straight right hand. Corbin goes for another Wrap Around Lariat, but Strowman counters with The Running PowerSlam through the table to pickup the victory.

Winner: Braun Strowman 

Second Match: Finn Balor & Ricochet vs. Bobby Lashley & Lio Rush 

Lashley attacks Balor from behind before the bell rings. Lashley repeatedly stomps on Balor’s chest. Lashley stands on Balor’s ribs. Rush kicks Balor in the gut. Rush is putting the boots to Balor in the corner. Lashley bodyslams Balor. Rush follows that with The Final Hour. Ricochet ducks a clothesline from Rush. Ricochet with an Apron Enzuigiri. Ricochet with a MoonSault off the ring apron. Ricochet with a SpringBoard Dropkick to Lashley.

Ricochet and Rush will start things off. Quick shoving contest. Rush applies a side headlock. Ricochet reverses the hold. Rush with shots to the midsection of Ricochet. Rush avoids a flurry of strikes from Ricochet. Rush goes for a SpringBoard Hurricanrana, but Ricochet lands back on his feet. Ricochet tells Rush to bring it. Ricochet blocks a boot from Rush. Ricochet slips over Rush’s back. Ricochet with a HeadScissors TakeOver. Ricochet dropkicks Rush. Rush tags in Balor. Ricochet applies a waist lock. Ricochet transitions into a side headlock. Lashley with a waist lock takedown. Lashley applies a wrist lock. Ricochet is throwing forearms at Lashley. Lashley whips Ricochet to the corner. Ricochet kicks Lashley in the face. Ricochet with a ShotGun Dropkick. Ricochet is playing mind games with Lashley. Lashley tags in Rush.

Rush wants to fight Balor. Ricochet tags in Balor. Collar and Elbow Tie Up. Balor backs Rush into the turnbuckles. Rush ducks a clothesline from Balor. Rush signals for the test of strength. Rush tags in Lashley. Lashley kicks Balor in the gut. Lashley bounces Balor’s head on the top turnbuckle pad. Lashley with a Vertical Suplex for a two count. Lashley applies a rear chin lock. Balor with shots to the midsection of Lashley. Lashley drops Balor with a FlatLiner for a two count. Lashley and Rush are cutting the ring in half. Rush drives his knee into the back of Balor’s neck. Rush punches Balor in the ribs. Rush goes for a Sunset Flip, but Balor counters with The Roll Through Basement Dropkick. Balor is mauling Rush in the corner.

Lashley is not happy with Rush. Balor with four knife edge chops. Balor hits The SlingBlade. Balor follows that with a ShotGun Dropkick. Balor with a Step Up Enzuigiri to Lashley. Rush chop blocks Balor. Lashley drives Balor chest first into the ringside barricade. Lashley with a seated senton for a two count. Lashley applies a cobra clutch. Balor gets back to a vertical base. Lashley sends Balor to the ring apron. Balor punches Rush. Balor goes for a Sunset Flip, but Lashley holds onto the second rope. Lashley bodyslams Balor for a two count. Lashley goes back to the cobra clutch. Balor is throwing haymakers at Lashley. Balor kicks Lashley in the jaw. Balor knocks Rush off the ring apron.

Lashley drives Balor back first into the turnbuckles. Lashley drops Balor with a forearm smash. Lashley tags in Rush. Rush repeatedly slaps Balor in the face. Balor is pissed. Balor with a Spin Out Elbow Drop. Rush stops Balor in his tracks. Rush with a gator roll. Rush tags in Lashley. Lashley goes for a PowerBomb, but Balor lands back on his feet. Balor with a double leg takedown. Balor with a Standing Double Foot Stomp. Balor makes the hot tag to Ricochet. Ricochet with two clotheslines. Ricochet drops Rush with a NeckBreaker. Ricochet with a Running Shoulder Block. Ricochet follows that with Two SpringBoard Dropkicks. Ricochet hits The Space Fly Tiger Drop. Lashley chases Ricochet around the ringside area. Ricochet dives over Lashley. Balor delivers a ShotGun Dropkick. Ricochet with a SpringBoard European Uppercut. Ricochet lands The 630 Senton to pickup the victory.

Third Match: The Lucha House Party vs. Curt Hawkins & Zack Ryder 

Gran Metalik and Curt Hawkins will start things off. Collar and Elbow Tie Up. Hawkins applies a side headlock. Hawkins with a Side HeadLock TakeOver. Metalik responds with a HeadScissors Escape. Metalik goes for a HandSpring Back Elbow Strike, but Hawkins ducks out of the way. Hawkins drops Metalik with a Back Elbow Strike. Hawkins applies a wrist lock. Hawkins tags in Ryder. Hawkins and Ryder hits their Side Russian Leg Sweep/STO Combination for a two count. Ryder bounces Metalik’s head on the top turnbuckle pad. Metalik reverses out of the irish whip from Ryder. Ryder with a Leaping Meteora. Ryder knocks Lince Dorado off the ring apron.
