Seth Rollins & Paul Heyman In-Ring Segment:

Rollins was going to talk about Brock Lesnar and WrestleMania, but he had a chance to watch that highlight reel so he wants to talk about the last twelve months. From running the gauntlet last year to going to WrestleMania to winning the Intercontinental Title to defending it on six continents, it has been a crazy year. Rollins was glad to share it with all of you. This year, he felt like Seth Freaking Rollins. He rode that momentum all the way to the Royal Rumble to achieve the childhood dream and punch his ticket to WrestleMania. The next night, the bottom fell out in the name of Brock Lesnar and six F5’s. Rollins had to go home to think about it. The bad news is that he took six F5s and it hurt. Maybe that is from the last twelve months or the fifteen years of his career. The pain from those F5’s was nothing that he felt before.

The good news is that he took six F5’s and he’s still here and still standing. If he can stand, fight and stomp, he will have no problem beating Brock Lesnar. Did Rollins have to take 6 F5’s? Rollins doesn’t care even if WrestleMania is the final match of his career. Paul Heyman appears on the stage. Heyman goes through his signature monologue. Heyman has a WrestleMania level surprise for Rollins.  Brock Lesnar of course is not here tonight. Rollins is not surprised. It gets everyone all the time because ignorance is bliss. Heyman is here to educate all of you. Rollins is pontificating on the premise of a misguided notion that all men are created equal and they are not.

Does Rollins honestly believe that his DNA matches Brock Lesnar? Rollins is a great athlete, a top tier performer.  A WrestleMania main eventer.  One of the best Heyman has ever seen in his life. However, Brock Lesnar is a beast. He is a predator. Brock is a career killer.  Brock is a merciless sadist with an unrepentant soul. Rollins will be committing career suicide at MetLife Stadium. He will be the architect of his own demise. That’s not a prediction, that’s a spoiler. Heyman is right, but Rollins doesn’t care. Brock has held this industry, an industry he loves more than anything, hostage for the last two years. He cannot take it any more. If it’s a suicide mission, he will be the martyr. He will sacrifice his body and heart. He will sell his soul to the devil if it means Brock doesn’t leave WrestleMania as the Universal Champion. That’s not a prediction Paul Heyman, that’s a spoiler.
