Shane McMahon & Sami Zayn In-Ring Segment:
Shane McMahon has been undergoing some physical rehab for the last two weeks, but he’s glad to be back and in charge of SmackDown Live. November 19th is fast approaching and it’s the only time that Raw and The Blue Team compete in head to head competition. Shane learned at an early age that, when you’re going to get into a fight, you always strike first. That’s why some of the Smackdown roster paid a visit to Raw. Shane used AJ Styles as ploy to deliver the first strike in this war. Sami Zayn comes out to interrupt Shane. Zayn tells Shane that there’s no hard feelings.
Shane refuses to shake Zayn’s hand. Zayn talked about getting Kevin Owens away from a precarious position. Shane didn’t forget about the danger Zayn put him through at Hell in a Cell. Zayn says that he would take out Shane in one second. Sami says maybe that is for another day. Zayn and his brother Kevin Owens have mulled this situation over and they’ll be part of Team Smackdown at Survivor Series.
They will do what they do every night, they will put the burden on their shoulders and carry the brand. Shane needs them to represent Smackdown at Survivor Series. Zayn says that Shane is a lot of things, but he’s not a stupid man, except when he takes one of his stupid death defying risks. Shane doesn’t want or need them. Since this is the land of opportunity, Shane is going to give Zayn another one tonight. Sami Zayn will take on Randy Orton. The winner will become the first member of Team SmackDown Live at Survivor Series.
