First Match: Minoru Suzuki, Taichi and El Desperado vs. Hirai Kawato, Tomoyuki Oka and Katsuya Kitamura 

The Young Lions attacks Suzuki Gun before the bell rings. Suzuki whips Oka back first to the guard rail. Suzuki throws multiple chairs at Oka. Oka repeatedly slaps Suzuki in the chest. Oka fires off a series of forearm shots. Oka gets back into the ring at the count of eighteen. Oka and Suzuki are trading back and forth shots. Suzuki lightly kicks Oka in the face. This leads us to a Over Hand Chop Exchange in the middle of the ring. Oka drops Suzuki with a shoulder tackle. Oka tags in Kitamira.

Kitamura is lighting up Suzuki’s chest in the corner. Kitamura Spears Suzuki. Kitamura starts playing with the crowd. Kitamura turns around and Suzuki lands a flurry of body shots. Suzuki applies a front face lock. Kitamura connects with a Vertical Suplex. Kitamura tags in Kawato. Kawato knocks Taichi off the ring apron. Kawato connects with a Running Back Elbow Strike to Suzuki. Oka follows that with the Body Avalanche.

Kitamura bodyslams Suzuki. Kawato connects with a SpringBoard Basement Dropkick for a two count. Kitamura tosses Desperado out of the ring. Desperado with a thrust kick to the midsection of Kitamura. Suzuki is slapping Kawato in the face. Kawato is left staggering in the middle of the ring. Suzuki tags in Desperado. Suzuki locks in the Single Leg Boston Crab on the outside. Desperado goes for the cover, but Kawato kicks out at the count of two. Desperado plants Kawato with the Angel de Rojo to pickup the victory.

Second Match: Sanada & Bushi vs. The Guerrillas of Destiny 

Tonga and Sanada will start things off. Tonga dodges a right hand from Sanada. Sanada leapfrogs over Tonga. A Double Dropkick leads to a stand off in the middle of the ring. Tonga attacks Sanada from behind. Tonga knocks Bushi off the ring apron. Tonga lands a series of right hands in the corner. Tonga tags in Loa. Loa uppercuts Sanada. Tonga connects with a neck breaker. Loa follows that with a leg drop for a two count. Loa drives Sanada back first into the turnbuckles. Loa plants Sanada with a Delayed Belly to Back Suplex for a two count.

Loa goes for the TKO, but Sanada lands back on his feet. Sanada dropkicks Loa. Sanada tags in Bushi. Bushi with a Hurricanrana to Tonga. Bushi is trying fight of the GOD in the corner. Bushi connects with a Double Flying Basement Dropkick. Bushi drops Loa with a Suicide Dive. Sanada locks Tonga in the Paradise Lock. Bushi follows that with another basement dropkick for a two count. Bushi goes for the MX, but Tonga ducks out of the way. Loa clotheslines Bushi. The GOD plants Bushi with Guerrilla Warfare for a two count. Tonga drops Bushi with the GunStun to pickup the victory. After the match, Sanada gets Tonga trapped in Skull In.

Third Match: EVIL & Hiromu Takahashi vs. Satoshi Kojima & Juice Robinson 

Kojima and EVIL will start things off. Takahashi attacks Kojima from behind. Kojima side steps EVIL into the turnbuckles. Kojima clotheslines Takahashi. EVIL kicks Kojima in the gut. Kojima responds with a shoulder tackle. Kojima tags in Robinson. Kojima bodyslams EVIL. Kojima and Robinson with a Sling Shot Elbow Drop/Diving HeadButt Combination. Kojima starts lighting up Takahashi and EVIL’s chests in the corner. Kojima lands a leaping forearm strike in the corner.

EVIL drags Kojima out of the ring. EVIL rams Kojima back first into the steel guard rail. EVIL rolls Kojima back into the ring. EVIL tags in Takahashi. Takahashi fires off more knife edge chops. Takahashi connects with the corner clothesline. Takahashi follows that with a Basement Dropkick. Takahashi tags in EVIL. EVIL lightly kicks Kojima in the head. Kojima slaps EVIL in the chest. EVIL responds with a shoulder block. EVIL connects with a Senton Splash for a two count.

EVIL goes for a Fisherman’s Buster, but Kojima blocks it. Kojima thrust kicks the midsection of EVIL. Kojima drops EVIL with the Koji Cutter. Takahashi and Robinson are tagged in. Robinson lands a series of left jabs to Takahashi. Takahashi connects with a Dragon Screw Leg Whip. Robinson responds with a forearm to the jaw. Robinson gets Takahashi in position for the Pulp Friction, but Takahashi blocks it. Takahashi goes for a PowerBomb, but Robinson counters with a PowerBomb for a two count. Kojima drops EVIL with a DDT. Robinson clotheslines Takahashi. Robinson connects with the Pulp Friction to pickup the victory.

Fourth Match: Bullet Club (The Young Bucks, Chase Owens, Hangman Page and Cody Rhodes) vs. Ricochet, Ryusuke Taguchi, Michael Elgin and War Machine 

Ricochet and Nick Jackson will start things off. Nick applies a side headlock. Nick drops Ricochet with a shoulder tackle. Ricochet locks in the side headlock. Ricochet connects with a shoulder tackle of his own. Ricochet ducks a clothesline from Nick. Ricochet with a leg scissors takeover to Nick Jackson. Ricochet follows that with a dropkick. Ricochet dropkicks Matt Jackson out of the ring. Matt Jackson starts mocking Ricochet. Matt kicks Taguchi in the gut. Taguchi responds with a hip attack. Taguchi tags in Elgin. Elgin and War Machine knocks the rest of Bullet Club off the ring apron. Taguchi Japan are mauling Matt in the corner. Taguchi is left in the ring alone with Bullet Club. The Bucks are stomping on Taguchi’s back in the corner. The Bucks follows that with a Capture Dropkick to Elgin. Matt drops Ricochet with a Suicide Dive.

Page connects with a Shooting Star Press off the ring apron. Owens lands a knife edge chop. Taguchi responds with rapid fire bodyshots. Taguchi goes for a Hip Attack, but Owens counters with an atomic drop. Owens starts driving his hips across the face of Taguchi. Taguchi drops Owens with a leaping hip attack. Raymond Rowe and Rhodes are tagged in. Rowe goes for the SuperMan Punch, but Rhodes ducks out of the way. Rowe connects with a Basement Dropkick to Rhodes. Rowe follows that with a Discus Forearm to Owens. Rowe ChokeSlams Page. The Bucks and Rowe are trading back and forth shots. Rowe tags in Hanson. Hanson lands a series of running corner lariats.

Page drops Hanson with a Western Lariat. Owens connects with the Reverse STO. Taguchi drops Owens with another Hip Attack. Elgin clotheslines The Bucks. Rhodes for the Beautiful Disaster Kick, but Elgin ducks out of the way. Rhodes low blows Elgin behind the referee’s back. Rowe drops Rhodes with a High Knee Strike. Ricochet with a SomerSault Plancha to the entire Bullet Club on the outside. Elgin follows that with a SlingShot Plancha of his own. Hanson heads to the top turnbuckle, but Page gets in the way.

Rhodes and Page connects with a Double SuperPlex. Nick with a Swanton Bomb to Hanson. Owens SuperKicks Hanson for a two count. The Bullet Club receives a Golden Sombrero as they missed on four consecutive MoonSaults. Hanson connects with a MoonSault for a two count. Rowe tosses Nick Jackson out of the ring. Ricochet with a HandSpring MoonSault onto Page and Matt Jackson on the outside. Elgin goes for the the Elgin Bomb, but Owens lands backs on his feet. Elgin lands a discus forearm shot to the jaw of Owens. Owens responds with a Bicycle Kick. Owens follows that with a SuperKick. Owens goes for the Sunset Flip, but Elgin counters with the Buckle Bomb. Elgin plants Owens with the Elgin Bomb to pickup the victory.

Winner: Ricochet, Ryusuke Taguchi, Michael Elgin and War Machine via Pinfall 

Fifth Match: Kenny Omega & Yujiro Takahashi vs. Kazuchika Okada & Toru Yano w/Gedo 

Okada engages in a stare off with Omega before the bell rings. Yano will start things off with Takahashi. Takahashi forearms Yano. Yano ducks a clothesline from Takahashi. Yano slaps Takahashi in the back of the head. Takahashi bites the fingers of Yano. Takahashi tosses Yano out of the ring. Omega is beating up Yano behind the referee’s back. Takahashi hits Okada in the back with a red folding chair. Takahashi goes into a ground and pound attack. Takahashi rakes the eyes of Yano. Takahashi lands a snap mare takeover for a two count. Takahashi tags in Omega.

Omega with a SpringBoard Double Axe Handle to the back of Yano for a two count. Omega bounces Yano’s head on the top turnbuckle. Omega connects with a elbow drop for a two count. Yano and Omega are trading back and forth shots. Omega is raking the eyes of Yano. Yano drives Omega’s head to the canvas. Yano tags in Okada. Okada lands a series of forearm strikes. Okada ducks a clothesline from Omega. Okada lands a leaping back elbow strike in the corner. Okada follows that with a DDT.

Okada with a Running European Uppercut for a one count. Okada goes for the Reverse NeckBreaker, but Omega counters with a forearm to the back of Okada’s injured shoulder. Sixth Match: (10) Bad Luck Fale vs. (2) Yuji Nagata in a Block A MatchUp in the G1 Climax Tournament 

Nagata connects with the Helluva Kick immediately after the bell rings. Nagata is mauling Fale in the corner. Fale tosses Nagata out of the ring. Nagata with a Big Boot that knocks Fale off the ring apron. Fale whips Nagata back first to the steel guard rail. Fale with a right hand to the gut of Nagata. Fale applies a rear chin lock. Fale stomps on Nagata’s back. Fale rolls Nagata back into the ring. Fale lands a clubbing blow to the back of Nagata for a two count. Fale wants the Sumo Hall Crowd to be quiet. Nagata fires off a series of forearm strikes.

Fale is choking Nagata with his boot. Nagata repeatedly kicks Fale in the hamstring. Nagata ducks a clothesline from Fale. Nagata dropkicks Fale in the knee. Nagata gets Fale trapped in a Knee Bar. Fale reaches the bottom rope to create separation. Fale drops Nagata with a shoulder tackle for a two count. Fale goes for the Bad Luck Fall, but his knee gives out. Seventh Match: (4) Yoshi Hashi vs. (6) Togi Makabe in a Block A MatchUp in the G1 Climax Tournament 

Collar and elbow tie up. Hashi backs Makabe into the ropes. Hashi goes for a shoulder tackle, but Makabe stands still. Hashi shoves Makabe. Makabe drops Hashi with a shoulder tackle. Makabe lands a series of bodyshots in the corner. Makabe stomps on Hashi’s back. Hashi plants Makabe with the Bunker Buster. Hashi connects with his lightning quick offense. Hashi places Makabe on the top rope. Hashi dropkicks Makabe in the back. Hashi with a BlockBuster for a two count. Hashi goes for a bodyslam, but Makabe blocks it. After a standing switch, Makabe PowerSlams Hashi. Makabe sends Hashi to the corner. Makabe connects with the corner clothesline. Makabe goes into the Corner Mount.

Makabe follows that with a Northern Lights Suplex with a Bridge for a two count. Hashi repeatedly drives his elbow to the jaw of Makabe. Makabe clotheslines Hashi. Hashi responds with a PowerBomb out of the corner. Makabe chops Hashi in the head. Hashi responds with a SuperKick. Makabe drops Hashi with a clubbing double axe handle to the chest. Makabe fires up with more forearm shots. Hashi plants Makabe with a Back Stabber. Hashi goes for Karma, but Makabe blocks it. Hashi slaps Makabe in the face. Makabe connects with a Fallaway Slam. Makabe and Hashi starts running into each other. Makabe clotheslines Hashi. Makabe bounces Hashi on the steel ring post. Makabe with a Over Head Belly to Belly Suplex from the top turnbuckle. Eight Match: (8) Zack Sabre Jr w/El Desperado vs. (8) Tomohiro Ishii in a Block A MatchUp in the G1 Climax Tournament 

Collar and elbow tie up. Sabre with a waist lock go-behind to Ishii. Ishii slips out of the hammer lock. Sabre continues to grapple around Ishii. Ishii with a waist lock takedown to Sabre. Ishii gets Sabre shoulders pin to the mat. Sabre bridges out of the pinning position. Ishii backs Sabre into the ropes which leads to a clean break. Sabre lands a series of uppercuts. Ishii drops Sabre with a big forearm strike. Ishii follows that with a HeadButt. Ishii is lighting up Sabre’s chest in the corner. Sabre connects with a Over Head Kick to the wrist of Ishii. Sabre stomps on the back of Ishii’s shoulder. Sabre continues to apply pressure to the shoulder of Ishii. Sabre applies a side headlock. Ishii regains momentum with a belly to back suplex. Ishii with a forearm/chop combination in the corner.

Ishii follows that with a corner clothesline. Sabre floats over into a Cross Arm Breaker. Ishii places his hand on the bottom rope to create separation. Sabre repeatedly kicks Ishii in the chest. Ishii is walking into these leg lariats from Sabre. Sabre kicks the injured knee of Ishii. Sabre goes for a Guillotine Choke, but Ishii counters with a Northern Lights Suplex. Ishii places Sabre on the top turnbuckle. Ishii plants Sabre with an Avalanche Brain Buster for a two count. Sabre locks in the Guillotine Choke. Ishii dumps Sabre face first to the top turnbuckle. Ishii connects with a German Suplex. Ishii plants Sabre with a Stack Up PowerBomb for a two count. Sabre applies a Triangle Choke.

Ishii powers out of the Triangle Choke and lands a lethal lariat. Sabre responds with a front facelock suplex. Sabre follows that with the PK for a two count. Sabre gets Ishii trapped in the Knee Bar. Ishii finally reaches the bottom rope to escape. Sabre starts kicking the right leg of Ishii. Ishii drops Sabre with a Elevated Knife Edge Chop. Ishii lands a series of forearm strikes. Sabre with a European Clutch for a two count. Sabre goes back to the Knee Bar. Sabre transitions into an Ankle Lock. Ishii somehow reverses the hold. Sabre goes for a RoundHouse Kick, but Ishii counters with a HeadButt. Ishii drops Sabre with a running lariat for a two count. Ishii goes for a Brain Buster, but Sabre blocks it. Ishii connects with the German Suplex. Ishii goes for Sliding D, but Sabre counters with a Sitting Stretch Muffler which forces Ishii to pass out

Ninth Match: (10) Kota Ibushi vs. (8) Hirooki Goto in a Block A MatchUp in the G1 Climax Tournament

Collar and elbow tie up. Ibushi backs Goto into the ropes. Goto applies a side headlock. Goto drops Ibushi with a shoulder tackle. Ibushi leapfrogs over Goto. Ibushi connects with a buzzsaw kick. Goto rolls himself out of the ring. Ibushi goes for the Golden Triangle MoonSault, but Goto ducks out of the way. Goto clotheslines Ibushi on the apron. Goto whips Ibushi back first to the steel guard rail. Goto lands a clubbing blow to the back of Ibushi. Goto rolls Ibushi back into the ring. Goto connects with a vertical suplex for a two count. Goto applies a rear chin lock. Goto drives his elbow to the forehead of Ibushi. Ibushi starts forearming Goto.

Goto lands a corner clothesline. Ibushi responds with a dropkick. Ibushi with a series of buzzsaw kicks to the chest of Goto. Ibushi ducks a lariat from Goto. Goto follows that with a spinning heel kick in the corner. Goto places Ibushi on the top turnbuckle. Ibushi slips out and connects with a Back Flip Kick to the back of Goto. Goto HeadButts Ibushi to the canvas. Ibushi responds with a FrankenSteiner for a two count. Goto and Ibushi runs into each other. Goto plants Ibushi with the Ushigoroshi for a two count. Goto goes for the GTR, but Ibushi blocks it. Goto locks in a Sleeper Hold. Goto connects with the PK. Goto goes for another Ushigoroshi, but Ibushi rolls him over for a two count. Ibushi lands a high leg lariat. Ibushi goes for Kamigoye, but Goto counters with a HeadButt. Goto drops Ibushi with the reverse GTR. Goto follows that with the GTR to pickup the victory.

Tenth Match: (12) Tetsuya Naito vs. (12) Hiroshi Tanahashi in a Block A MatchUp in the G1 Climax Tournament 

Naito starts stalling after the bell rings. Collar and elbow tie up. Naito backs Tanahashi into the ropes. Naito pats Tanahashi on the chest. Back to the collar and elbow tie up. Tanahashi backs Naito into the ropes. Tanahashi slaps Naito in the face. Tanahashi is hugging Naito. Tanahashi slaps Naito in the face again. Tanahashi applies a side headlock. Tanahashi drops Naito with a shoulder tackle. Naito rolls himself out of the ring. Naito is playing mind games with Tanahashi. Naito with a back elbow strike that knocks Tanahashi off the ring apron. Naito poses in the middle of the ring. Tanahashi kicks Naito in the back of the head. Tanahashi is forearming Naito in the corner. We got ourself a over hand chopping fest. Tanahashi lands a back elbow strike to Naito. Tanahashi goes for a Crossbody Block, but Naito counters with a Basement Dropkick in mid-air. Naito applies a Kimura Lock. Naito with a Sliding Dropkick to the shoulder of Tanahashi. Naito connects with an arm-ringer.

Naito lands another sliding dropkick to the shoulder of Tanahashi. Naito applies an arm-bar. Tanahashi places his boot on the bottom rope to create separation. Tanahashi lands bodyshots to Naito. Tanahashi connects with a neck breaker. Tanahashi drops Naito with a leaping forearm strike. Tanahashi follows that with a SomerSault Senton Splash for a two count. Tanahashi bodyslams Naito. Tanahashi drops Naito with the High Fly Flow to the outside. Naito gets back into the ring at the count of sixteen. Tanahashi lands another Dragon Screw Leg Whip. Tanahashi goes for the Texas CloverLeaf, but Naito blocks it. Naito is attacking the injured shoulder of Tanahashi.

Naito whips Tanahashi shoulder off the top rope. Naito connects with a SlingShot Dropkick. Naito gets Tanahashi tied in the tree of woe. Naito plants Tanahashi with a Draping Neck Breaker. Naito follows that with a leaping forearm strike. Naito connects with Gloria for a two count. Naito goes for Destino, but Tanahashi blocks it. After a standing switch exchange, Tanahashi connects with a German Suplex for a two count. Tanahashi and Naito are fighting for position on the top turnbuckle. Naito goes for a Top Rope Hurricanrana, but Tanahashi rolls him over for a two count. Tanahashi with his third Dragon Screw Leg Whip of the match. Tanahashi and Naito are trading back and forth shots.

Naito slaps Tanahashi. Naito with a Bridging German Suplex for a two count. Naito kicks the back of Tanahashi’s shoulder. Tanahashi plants Naito with the SlingBlade. Tanahashi follows that with another SlingBlade for a two count. Tanahashi connects with a Leaping High Fly Flow. Tanahashi goes for the Top Rope High Fly Flow, but Naito ducks out of the way. Naito kicks Tanahashi in the ribs. Naito lands another draping neck breaker. Tanahashi responds with a Top Rope Dragon Screw Leg Whip. Tanahashi locks in the Texas Cloverleaf. Naito finally reaches the bottom rope to create separation. Naito is holding onto the top rope to avoid another Dragon Screw Leg Whip. Naito connects with the Satellite DDT. Naito plants Tanahashi with a Swinging Destino for a two count. Tanahashi regains momentum with the three Twist and Shouts. Naito counters out of the SlingBlade with a Destino. Naito follows that with another Destino to pickup the victory.

Winner: Tetsuya Naito via Pinfall. Naito Will Be Representing The A Block In The Finals Of The G1 Climax Tournament
