Kitamura starts flexing in the corner after the bell rings. Owens rakes the eyes of Kitamura. Kitamura drops Owens with a shoulder tackle. Owens responds with a knife edge chop. Kitamura drives Owens back first to the turnbuckles. Owens kicks Kitamura in the wrist to create separation. Kitamura lands another shoulder tackle. Owens tosses Kitamura out of the ring. Owens connects with the Wrecking Ball Dropkick. Owens bounces Kitamura head on the apron. Owens rolls Kitamura back into the ring. Owens with a forearm shot to the jaw of Kitamura. Taichi slaps Yagi in the face. Yagi goes for a dropkick, but Taichi holds onto the ropes. Yagi connects with a leaping basement dropkick. Yagi follows that with a bodyslam. Sabre and Nagata are tagged in.
Sabre is trying to measure up Nagata. After a standing switch exchange, Nagata applies a side headlock. Nagata drops Sabre with a shoulder tackle. Sabre responds with the Sleeper Hold. Nagata locks in the Abdominal Stretch. Sabre reverses the hold. Nagata heads towards the top rope to create separation. Sabre uppercuts Nagata. Tenzan lands a series of Mongolian Chops. Fale drops Tenzan with a shoulder tackle. Takahashi and Oka are tagged in. Oka forearms Takahashi. Oka applies a side headlock. Takahashi bites Oka fingers. Oka responds with a hip toss. Oka stomps on Takahashi’s back. Takahashi side steps Oka into the turnbuckles. After a basement dropkick, Takahashi only gets a two count. Fale and Tenzan are brawling on the outside.

Both men trade back and forth arm-drags. Takahashi with a basement dropkick to the knee of Tiger Mask. Takahashi knocks Kawato and Makabe off the ring apron. Naito sends Makabe crashing into the steel guard rail. Takahashi lands a snap mare takeover. Takahashi applies a rear chin lock. Kawato attacks Takahashi from behind. Naito and Bushi are mauling Kawato in the corner. Bushi sunset flips Kawato into a Basement Dropkick from Naito. Bushi drops Tiger Mask with a Missile Dropkick. Bushi is choking Tiger Mask with his t-shirt. Takahashi tags himself in.

Tonga chases Yano around the ring before the bell rings. Tonga appears from under the ring and attacks Yano. Tonga is taping Yano’s wrist on the steel guard rail. Tonga wraps tape around Yano’s mouth. Yano gets back into the ring at the count of nineteen. Tonga goes into a ground and pound attack. Yano backs himself into the ropes to create separation.
Tonga starts mocking Yano. Yano rips off a turnbuckle pad. Yano hits Tonga in the face with turnbuckle pad. Tonga goes for the GunStun, but Yano blocks it. Yano teases a low blow attempt. Tonga misses on the Spear. Tonga hits Yano in the gut. Tonga grabs the ring bell hammer. Yano snatches the hammer away from Tonga. Yano low blows Tonga. Yano rolls Tonga over to pickup the victory.

Seventh Match: (8) Sanada vs. (0) Satoshi Kojima w/Hiroyoshi Tenzan in a Block B MatchUp in the G1 Climax Tournament
Collar and elbow tie up. Sanada backs Kojima into the ropes. Sanada applies an arm-bar. Kojima reverses the hold. Kojima with a side headlock takeover to Sanada. Sanada gets back to a vertical base. Clean break in the corner. Kojima drives his knee to the chest of Sanada. Kojima goes for a snap mare takeover, but Sanada lands back on his feet. Kojima blocks a dropkick from Sanada. Kojima goes for a elbow drop, but Sanada ducks out of the way. This leads us to a stand off in the middle of the ring. Kojima goes back to the side headlock. Kojima drops Sanada with a Shoulder Tackle. Kojima and Sanada trades back and forth dragon screw leg whips.
Sanada chop blocks Kojima. Sanada gets Kojima trapped in the Paradise Lock. Sanada connects with a Basement Dropkick for a two count. After a forearm exchange in the corner, Sanada drops Kojima with a big haymaker. Sanada starts lighting up Kojima’s chest in the corner. Kojima side steps Sanada into the turnbuckles. Elgin dodges a big boot from Suzuki. Elgin with a Wrecking Ball Dropkick to Desperado. Elgin drags Suzuki out of the ring. Elgin lands a series of haymakers on the outside. Elgin rolls Suzuki back into the ring. Elgin is distracted by Taichi. Suzuki locks in the Cross Arm Breaker as Elgin was getting back into the ring. Suzuki lets go off the hold at the count of three. Elgin gets Suzuki in the fireman’s carry position, but Suzuki lands back on his feet. Desperado starts slapping Elgin in the chest. Suzuki irish whips Elgin into the steel guard rail. Suzuki drives a folding chair to the elbow of Elgin. Suzuki wraps the chair around Elgin’s shoulder. Suzuki continues to apply more pressure to the shoulder of Elgin.
Taichi and Desperado are beating up Elgin behind the referee’s back. Suzuki fires off more chair shots to the back of Elgin. Suzuki drives Elgin’s shoulder to the steel ring post. Suzuki rolls Elgin back into the ring. Suzuki connects his lightning quick offense. Elgin connects with a PowerSlam. Elgin follows that with a SuperMan Punch. Elgin bodyslams Suzuki. Omega then proceeds to slap Robinson in the face. Back to the collar and elbow tie up. Robinson fires off a series of jabs. Omega applies a side headlock. Omega drops Robinson with a shoulder tackle. Robinson leapfrogs over Omega. Robinson monkey flips Omega to the other side of the ring. Robinson clotheslines Omega over the top rope. Robinson dumps Omega’s ribs on the steel guard rail. Robinson rolls Omega back into the ring. Robinson bounces Omega’s head on the top turnbuckle. Robinson connects with a High Crossbody Block for a two count. Robinson applies a side headlock.
