Block B Competitors: (Michael Elgin, EVIL, Satoshi Kojima, Kazuchika Okada, Kenny Omega, Juice Robinson, Sanada, Minoru Suzuki, Tama Tonga and Toru Yano)

Block A Standings: (Coming out of the July 21st Event, Tetsuya Naito and Hirooki Got has four points, Bad Luck Fale, Zack Sabre Jr. Yoshi Hashi, Tomohiro Ishii and Hiroshi Tanahashi has two points, Yuji Nagata and Togi Makabe have yet to score a point in the tournament )

Block B Standings: (Kazuchika Okada, Kenny Omega, Juice Robinson, Sanada and Tama Tonga currently has two points coming out of the July 20th Event) 

First Match: Gedo, Tomohiro Ishii and Hirooki Goto vs. David Finlay, Kota Ibushi and Togi Makabe 

Ibushi and Ishii will start things off. Collar and elbow tie up. Ishii applies a side headlock. Ishii drops Ibushi with a shoulder tackle. Ibushi goes for a leapfrog, but Ishii holds onto the ropes. Ibushi two consecutive deep arm-drags. Ishii dodges a leg lariat from Ibushi. Ishii and Ibushi are trading back and forth forearm strikes. Ibushi connects with a spinning heel kick. Ibushi follows that with a Buzzsaw Kick to the chest. Ishii rotates Ibushi with a PowerSlam. Ishii lands a HeadButt that sends Ibushi to the corner. Ishii is lighting up Ibushi’s chest with a series of knife edge chops. Ishii tags in Gedo. Ishii and Gedo connects with a double shoulder tackle for a two count. Gedo rams his boot across the face of Ibushi. Gedo rakes the eyes of Ibushi. Gedo tags in Goto. Goto with a snap mare takeover to Ibushi. Goto kicks Ibushi in the back for a two count. Goto drops Ibushi with a back elbow strike. Goto knocks Makabe and Finlay off the ring apron.

Goto shoots Ibushi to the corner. Goto connects with a corner clothesline. Ibushi responds with a dropkick. Before Ibushi can make a tag, Ishii comes into the ring and lands a HeadButt. Ibushi responds with a Hurricanrana that sends Ishii out of the ring. Ibushi tags in Makabe. Makabe drops Goto with a shoulder tackle. Makabe knocks Gedo off the ring apron. Goto lands a series of forearms across the jaw of Makabe. Makabe responds with another shoulder tackle. Makabe follows that with a Corner Clothesline. Makabe transitions into a Corner Mount. Makabe plants Goto with a Northern Light’s Suplex for a two count.

Makabe goes for a German Suplex, but Goto counters with a standing switch. Makabe and Goto are knocked down by a double clothesline. Gedo and Finlay are tagged in. Finlay leapfrogs over Gedo. Finlay dropkicks Gedo. Finlay lands a running european uppercut in the corner. Finlay follows that with a Flying European Uppercut for a two count. Finlay goes for a Cutter, but Gedo shoves him into a right hand from Ishii. Ibushi drops Ishii with a Missile Dropkick. Ibushi follows that with a Crossbody Block to the outside. Gedo rolls Finlay over for a two count. Gedo lands a thrust kick to the gut of Finlay. Gedo follows that with a inside cradle for another two count. Finlay responds with a Stunner to pickup the victory.

Second Match: El Desperado & Zack Sabre Jr vs. Jado & Yoshi Hashi 

Sabre tosses Hashi out of the ring before the bell rings. Desperado repeatedly stomps on the back of Jado. Desperado and Jado starts running into each other in the middle of the ring. Sabre is wrapping Hashi’s shoulder around the steel guard rail. Desperado rakes the eyes of Jado. Jado drops Desperado with a shoulder tackle. Jado knocks Desperado with a running knife edge chop. Desperado responds with a running uppercut. Sabre and Desperado are double teaming Jado. Desperado rams his boot across the face of Jado. Desperado follows that with a knife edge chop. Desperado tags in Sabre. Sabre lands a two running uppercut strikes in the corner. The effects of the uppercuts forces Jado to crash to the canvas before he can make the tag. Sabre with a Big Boot to the chest of Jado. Sabre gets Jado trapped in the Triangle Choke. Meanwhile Desperado has Hashi locked in a Standing Front FaceLock. Hashi escapes the hold and breaks the triangle choke of Sabre.

Sabre tags in Desperado. Desperado lightly kicks Jado in the head. Jado with a shot to the midsection of Desperado. Desperado responds with a thrust kick. Jado clotheslines Desperado. Hashi and Sabre are tagged in. Hashi lands a series of running shoulder tackles. Hashi goes for a bodyslam, but Sabre gets back on his feet. Sabre starts firing on Hashi with more uppercut strike. Sabre goes for another uppercut strike, but Hashi counters with a spinning heel kick. Hashi connects with a running knife edge chop in the corner. Hashi hangs Sabre on the top rope. Hashi with a Basement Dropkick to the back for a two count.

Sabre regains momentum with a leaping arm breaker strike. Sabre takes out the legs of Hashi. Sabre tags in Desperado. Desperado goes for a vertical suplex, but Hashi counters with the Bunker Buster. Hashi tags in Jado. Hashi knocks Sabre off the ring apron. Jado kicks Desperado in the chest. Hashi plants Desperado with the Head Hunter. Jado goes for the cover, but Desperado kicks out at two. Hashi and Sabre are brawling on the outside. Jado connects with the IEDDT for another two count. Sabre with a flying leg lariat to the back of Jado’s neck. Sabre follows that with a Running European Uppercut in the corner. Sabre gets Hashi trapped in the Octopus Stretch. Desperado Spears Jado for a two count. Desperado connects with Pinche Loco to pickup the victory.

Third Match: Tomoyuki Oka & Yuji Nagata vs. Katsuya Kitamura & Hiroshi Tanahashi 

Tanahashi and Nagata will start things off. Tanahashi dodges a couple of kicks from Nagata. Nagata with a waist lock go-behind. Tanahashi responds with a wrist lock takedown. Nagata sends Tanahashi to the corner with a big boot to the chest. Nagata repeatedly kicks the hamstring of Tanahashi. Tanahashi misses on the dropkick as Nagata holds onto the ropes. Nagata goes for a PK, but Tanahashi ducks out of the way. Tanahashi dropkicks Nagata. Nagata responds with a Big Boot. Kitamura and Oka are tagged in. Kitamura is grappling around Oka. Oka transitions into a waist lock. Then we have a stand off in the middle of the ring. Oka applies an arm-bar. Oka drives his elbow to the shoulder of Kitamura. Oka drags Kitamura in the corner. Oka tags in Nagata. Nagata connects with the Arm-Ringer. Nagata with a Big Boot that knocks Tanahashi off the ring apron. Nagata kicks the shoulder of Kitmura. Nagata lands a series of Buzzsaw Kicks to the chest of Kitamura. Kitamura is starting to get pissed off.

Kitamura drops Nagata with a knife edge chop for a two count. Oka and Nagata are repeatedly stomping on the back of Kitamura. Nagata tags in Oka. Oka bodyslams Kitamura. Oka lands a haymaker that knocks Tanahashi off the ring apron again. Tanahashi is pissed. Kitamura lands a series of knife edge chops. Kitamura applies a side headlock. Nagata follows that with the Exploder Suplex. Nagata gets Tanahashi trapped in the Fujiwara ArmBar. Kitamura ArmDrags Oka out of the ring, then proceeds to break up the submission hold. Nagata goes for a Buzzsaw Kick, but Tanahashi counters with a Dragon Screw Leg Whip. Tanahashi tags in Kitamura. Kitamura Spears Nagata. Kitamura follows that with a Gut Wrench Suplex for a two count. Kitamura gets Nagata trapped in the Torture Rack. Oka lands a Gut Wrench Suplex that sends Tanahashi rolling out of the ring. Oka knocks Nagata off of Kitamura’s shoulders. Kitamura drops Oka with another Knife Edge Chop. Nagata responds with a Leaping Enziguri. Nagata plants Kitamura with a Exploder Suplex to pickup the victory.

Fourth Match: Hiromu Takahashi, Bushi and Tetsuya Naito vs. Chase Owens, Yujiro Takahashi and Bad Luck Fale 

Fale and Naito will start things off. Fale decides to tag in Owens. Naito starts attacking Fale. LIJ is brawling with Bullet Club on the outside. Hiromu repeatedly stomps on the chest of Owens in the corner. Hiromu tags in Bushi. Bushi dropkicks Owens. Bushi lands the Bushirooni. Bushi starts choking Owens with his t-shirt. Naito is attacking Owens behind the referee’s back. Himoru is tagged in and lands a clubbing axe handle to the back of Owens. Hiromu follows with a knife edge chop. Yujiro dodges a right hand from Hiromu. Owens knocks Hiromu off the ring apron. Owens connects with a Wrecking Ball Dropkick to the outside. Fale launches Naito over the steel guard rail. Fale grabs Darryl the stuff the pet and then proceeds to rip it to shreds. Hiromu repeatedly slaps the chest of Owens. Owens kicks the shins of Hiromu. Owens follows that with a leg sweep. Owens connects with the Shin Breaker. Owens tags in Yujiro.

Yujiro with a snap mare take over followed by a leg drop for a two count. Hiromu rakes the eyes of Yujiro. Yujiro drives Hiromu face first to the canvas. Hiromu ducks a clothesline from Yujiro. Hiromu connects with a Side Russian Leg Sweep. Fale and Naito are tagged in. Naito drop toe holds Fale into a Basement Dropkick from Bushi. Naito with a Inverted Atomic Drop to Owens. Bushi drops Owens with a enziguri. Naito connects with the SlingShot Dropkick to Fale in the corner for a two count. Fale runs through Naito and Bushi with a Double Clothesline. Fifth Match: (0) Toru Yano vs. (0) Satoshi Kojima w/Hiroyoshi Tenzan in a Block B MatchUp in the G1 Climax Tournament 

Yano starts spraying Kojima with a Water Bottle before the bell rings. Yano rolls Kojima over for a two count. Yano follows that with a backslide for a two count. Yano rolls himself out of the ring. Kojima chases Yano around the ringside. Yano is distracted by Hiroyoshi Tenzan. Kojima attacks Yano from behind. Kojima repeatedly stomps on Yano’s chest. Kojima proceeds to spray Yano with the Water Bottle. Kojima goes back to stomping on Yano’s chest. Kojima connects with a neck breaker. Kojima kicks Yano in the head. Kojima lands a knife edge chop. Yano backs himself in between the ropes. Yano is trying to play mind games with Kojima. Kojima connects with a Big Boot. Kojima lands a series of right hands. Yano drops Kojima with a Inverted Atomic Drop.

Yano tosses Kojima out of the ring. Yano whips Kojima with a steel guard rail. Yano hits Kojima with a turnbuckle pad. Kojima gets back into the ring at the count of sixteenth. Yano sends Kojima to the exposed steel in the corner. Yano connects with a hip toss for a two count. Kojima lands a series of Mongolian Chops. Kojima irish whips Yano to the corner. Robinson dropkicks EVIL before the bell rings. Robinson follows that with the Cannonball. EVIL rolls himself out of the ring. Robinson drops EVIL with a SlingShot Crossbody Block to the outside. Robinson whips EVIL to the steel guard rail. Robinson lands a series of lariats on the outside. EVIL drop toe holds Robinson into the steel guard rail. EVIL follows that with a clothesline that sends Robinson crashing into the crowd. Robinson gets back into the ring at the count of eighteenth. EVIL grabs Robinson by his dread locks. EVIL whips Robinson face to the canvas. EVIL follows that with a Senton for a two count. EVIL applies a rear chin lock. Robinson gets back to a vertical base. Seventh Match: (2) Sanada vs. (0) Minoru Suzuki w/El Desperado in a Block B MatchUp in the G1 Climax Tournament 

Suzuki starts shoving and slapping Sanada after the bell rings. Sanada fires up with a series of rapid fire forearm smashes. Sanada lands a big haymaker that sends Suzuki to the corner. Sanada follows that with more forearm strikes in the corner. Sanada starts choking Suzuki with his boot. Sanada shoves the referee. Suzuki wants more forearm strikes from Sanada. Suzuki sends Sanada to the ring apron. Sanada goes for a SpringBoard Maneuver, but Suzuki counters with a Leaping Cross ArmBreaker in between the ropes. Suzuki connects with a running PK from the ring apron. Suzuki launches Sanada back first into the steel guard rail. The fight spills into the crowd inside Korakuen Hall.  Suzuki hits Sanada in the back with a chair. Desperado starts wrapping the chair around Sanada’s neck. Desperado is choking Sanada on the outside with his boot. Sanada gets back into the ring at the count of fifteen. Suzuki is mauling Sanada as he trying to get back into the ring.

Suzuki again drives Sanada into the steel guard rail. Suzuki repeatedly slaps Sanada in the face. Suzuki lands a closed fist. Suzuki drives his knee across the chest of Sanada. Suzuki tosses Sanada back into the ring. Suzuki and Sanada are trading back and forth shots in the middle of the ring. Suzuki drops Sanada with a big right hand. Sanada responds with a dropkick to the knee of Suzuki. Sanada dropkicks Desperado. Sanada connects with a SpringBoard Missile Dropkick. Sanada goes for the Paradise Lock, but Suzuki counters with the Cross ArmBreaker. Sanada places his boot on the bottom rope to cause separation. Suzuki lands a leg lariat in the corner.

Suzuki goes for the PK, but Sanada counters with the Dragon Screw Leg Whip. Sanada finally gets Suzuki trapped in the Paradise Lock. Sanada follows that with a Basement Dropkick. Sanada connects with the Drive By for a two count. Sanada goes for a Skull In, but Suzuki counters with a Sleeper Hold. Sanada is starting to fade away. Suzuki goes for the PileDriver, but Sanada counters with a Back BodyDrop. Suzuki gets Sanada back into the Sleeper Hold. Sanada connects with a Saito Suplex. Tonga attacks Omega before the bell rings. Tonga repeatedly stomps on Omega’s chest in the corner. Tonga throws down Omega’s ELITE T-Shirt. Omega lands a series of knife edge chops. Omega kicks Tonga in the chest. Omega ducks a clothesline from Tonga. Tonga responds with a dropkick that sends Omega crashing to the outside. Tonga whips Omega to the barricade. Tonga with a closed fist to the midsection of Omega. Tonga drops Omega on the outside with a running clothesline. Tonga plants Omega with a FlapJack on the ring apron. Tonga grabs a mic. Does Omega want to be the leader Bullet Club? If so, he needs to represent the Bullet Club. What’s with this Elite Nonsense? The Dream Team? Super Kliq? Omega needs to represent The Club. Tonga goes back to kicking Omega in the corner. Tonga connects with a Corner Splash. Tonga follows that with a belly to back suplex. Tonga doesn’t care about the G1. Tonga HeadButts Omega. Tonga and Omega are trading back and forth strikes. Tonga plants Omega with a leaping neck breaker. Tonga continues to talk smack. Tonga repeatedly kicks the back of Omega’s knee. Tonga connects with the KneeDT. Tonga continues to attack the injured knee of Omega.

Omega side steps Tonga into the turnbuckles. Omega drops Tonga with a big lariat. Omega lands a series of clubbing axe handles across the chest of Tonga. Omega follows that with a Big Boot. Omega plants Tonga with the Kotaro Krusher. Tonga attacks the midsection of Omega. Tonga goes for Gun Stun, but Omega shoves him away. Omega misses on the V-Trigger. Tonga connects with a Hurricanrana. Omega responds with a Hurricanrana of his own. Tonga rolls himself out of the ring. Omega drops Tonga, Takahashi and Owens with the SomerSault Planca on the outside. Omega rolls Tonga back into the ring. Omega and Tonga goes back to trading more back and forth shots. Omega connects with a Discus Elbow Strike. Omega goes for the Dragon Suplex, but Tonga counters with the Pele Kick. Omega is busted open. Omega connects with the V-Trigger. Omega follows that with the Ushigoroshi. Omega lands another V-Trigger. Omega goes for the One Winged Angel, but Tonga counters with the Reverse Tonga Twist. Tonga gets Omega in position for the Gun Stun, but Omega lands the Snap Dragon Suplex. Omega drops Tonga with another V-Trigger for a one count. Omega follows that with a Leaping V-Trigger to the jaw. Omega plants Tonga with the One Winged Angel to pickup the victory.

Ninth Match: (0) Michael Elgin vs. (2) Kazuchika Okada w/Gedo in a Block B MatchUp in the G1 Climax Tournament 

Collar and elbow tie up. Elgin backs Okada into the corner which leads to a clean break. Okada applies a side head lock. Okada goes for a running shoulder tackle, but Elgin stands still. Okada lands a knife edge chop across the chest of Elgin. Elgin responds with a forearm smash. Elgin applies a side headlock. Elgin drops Okada with a shoulder tackle. Okada goes for a Leapfrog, but Elgin gets him in a FireMan’s Carry Position. Okada gets back on his feet. Okada goes for a deep arm-drag, but Elgin counters with a Standing Switch. Elgin lands a series of forearm smashes. Elgin snap mares out of the Rain Maker. Elgin clotheslines Okada over the top rope. Elgin is mauling Okada on the outside. Okada launches Elgin over the steel guard rail. Okada goes for a Flying Crossbody Block, but Elgin catches him in mid-air. Elgin bodyslams Okada over the steel guard rail. Elgin follows that with another bodyslam. Elgin with a Belly to Back Suplex on the ring apron for a two count. Elgin shoots Okada to the corner. Okada lands a Big Boot across the jaw of Elgin. Elgin goes for a lariat, but Okada counters with a German Suplex. Okada gets Elgin back to a vertical base. Elgin lands a series of back elbow strikes. Okada with a dropkick to the back of Elgin’s neck. Okada follows that with another dropkick. Elgin counters of the Rain Maker with a massive lariat.

Elgin plants Okada with a SitOut PowerBomb for a two count. Elgin goes for the Buckle Bomb, but Okada gets back on his feet. Elgin drops Okada with a enziguri. Elgin goes for a DeadLift SuperPlex, but Okada blocks it. Okada dropkicks Elgin in mid-air. Okada goes for the Tombstone, but Elgin sends him to the ring apron. Elgin and Okada are trading stiff back and forth strikes. Okada lands a Big Boot that knocks Elgin off the second rope. Elgin responds with a leaping enziguri. Elgin plants Okada with a SuperPlex for a two count. Elgin follows that with the Buckle Bomb. Okada goes for the Rain Maker, but Elgin counters with the Spinning SitOut PowerBomb for another two count. Okada slips out of the Burning Hammer and connects with the Rain Maker. Okada follows with another Rain Maker. Elgin connects with a Spinning Back Fist. Elgin goes for the SitOut PowerBomb, but Okada counters with the TombStone. Okada turns Elgin inside out with another Rain Maker to pickup the victory.
