William Regal & Bobby Roode Office Segment:

Regal tells Bobby Roode that Drew McIntyre and Killian Dain are both undefeated and they are showing an interest in his title. Roode says that they’re both smart businessmen. NXT Universe pays very good money to see the champ in action. Roode can beat both of them any day of the week. As a business man, he would like to see McIntyre fight Killian Dain in the middle of the ring. Regal says that’s a match that would interest a lot of people. Next week, Drew McIntyre faces Killian Dain and the winner faces Roode for the NXT Championship at NXT TakeOver Brooklyn III.

Johnny Gargano In-Ring Segment:

Gargano has been gone for a little bit, but this reaction is truly irreplaceable. Whenever he heard his music, he got excited because he knew the NXT Universe was going to see something special. We saw what happened at NXT TakeOver Chicago. Gargano never thought the guy he was willing to take a bullet for was the one to pull the trigger on him.

He’s tried to rationalize the decisions that were made and he continues to ask himself why. He doesn’t get it and nor he ever will. Gargano is not here to dwell on the past. He’s here to look at the future. What you can control is how you react to them. Gargano needs to get back to doing what he loves. Takeover Brooklyn is the biggest show of the year and he needs to be there. He needs to be Johnny Gargano again. More importantly, he needs to be Johnny Wrestling.

~ Next week, Ember Moon will take on Ruby Riot.
