Sol apologies for not telling Zaria about getting the opportunity to face Bayley at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Sol tells Zaria that she has to go, because the Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge is next. Zaria wishes Sol good luck.

– We got a clip from Tom Rinaldi’s Sit-Down Interview with John Cena. Cena reflected on how protective the business was back in the day and how the business was truly a fraternity. Cena also noted that the school Triple H trained at was 25 minutes away from his house. The full interview will be released on WWE’s YouTube Channel on December 8th.

– We see AVA talking to Blake Monroe in her office. AVA says that the only reason Monroe is the Women’s North American Champion is because Zaria threw in the towel at NXT Gold Rush. Monroe wants to issue an open challenge this Tuesday on NXT. AVA says that Monroe doesn’t act like Ilja Dragunov or Sami Zayn. Monroe continues to plead her case. AVA reluctantly agrees to allow Monroe to have the open challenge.

– Sarah Schreiber had a backstage interview with Myles Borne. Borne was hoping to face Ricky Saints for the NXT Championship, especially with Saints having his back the last couple of months. Borne promises to become the Iron Survivor. If it means going through Oba Femi, Borne is fine with that. John Cena chose him to compete in the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge. We hear loud ruckus in the background as Kelani Jordan got into a backstage brawl with Jordynne Grace.

Sol Ruca joins the conversation. Sol says that Kendal was the better woman tonight, but if she was out there first, and her knee wasn’t messed up, she would be the Iron Survivor. Wren Sinclair says that it sounds likes Sol is making a lot of excuses. Kendal started the match and earned the right to become the Iron Survivor. Sol calls Zaria her best friend despite her questionable behavior. Sol tells Wren that she’ll always have Zaria’s back as she walks away.

– DarkState hypes up Dion Lennox ahead of tonight’s main event. Oba Femi joins the conversation. Femi says that he did his part. Lennox says that these boys are in danger tonight, and Femi won’t be safe at New Year’s Evil. Femi says, good, we’ll see about that.

Fourth Match: Tatum Paxley vs. Izzi Dame w/The Culling 

The referee tells The Culling to get out of the ring. Paxley avoided the sneak attack from Dame. Paxley is completely distraught. Dame tries to console Paxley. Dame starts laughing. Je’Von tells Ricky to keep his head up, and keep a positive mindset, because he will become champion again. Ricky says that Je’Von doesn’t understand, because he couldn’t beat Oba Femi. Je’Von says that he’s going to win the Iron Survivor Challenge, and he’s not going to wait for New Year’s Evil, he’s going to become the NXT Champion. Ricky hopes so and wishes Je’Von good luck.
