– As the show went on the air, Drew McIntyre drove into the Moody Center in a White Dodge Ram Truck. He’s immediately greeted by Nick Aldis and a bevy of security guards. Nick is reminding Drew that he’s still suspended, and he shouldn’t be here. Drew is not here to cause any harm and wants to make sure that the security guards make it home to safe to their families. Cody Rhodes Segment
Cody Rhodes: Nick Aldis, GM, I need you to reinstate, Drew McIntyre. Drew McIntyre broke an unwritten rule of our sport. You came on my home away from home, my bus, where my wife sleeps, where my children play, and you thought that there would be no repercussions. Drew McIntyre, I could drop 1.2 megatons on you, I can split it atom, and you would still be crawling around on my feet, because, you sir, are WWE’s resident cockroach. Nick, you don’t want scenes like that. It might be in a parking lot, might be at church, might be at Drew’s house on Georgia Red Clay, on the coast of California or all over the Lonestar State, but it should be in a WWE ring. Drew, you’ve never even beat me, but you might be the one man who’s broken me. So, Nick, please, I’m begging you, reinstate Drew, so that I could do what everybody does when they see a cockroach, and that is simple, stomp him out.
– We see DIY talking in the backstage area. They’re bragging about stealing Axiom’s mask. Tommaso Ciampa says that he’s gonna go talk to Nick Aldis, so he can finally get his shot at the United States Championship. Ciampa says that he’s going to be the new United States Championship. Carmelo Hayes joins the conversation. Melo tells Ciampa to reschedule that match with Dragunov, because he’s got next. Melo calls Ciampa a jackass. Candice LeRae says that Melo read the t-shirt wrong. Ciampa is about to snap.
Damian Priest & Rhea Ripley Promo
Damian Priest: I’ve been listening to you talk in circles for way too long, Aleister. You think you’re gonna break me, you think that I’m delusional. No, delusional is thinking you could burn my face, and thinking you’re gonna walk away from this. See, all you’ve done is delayed the inevitable. You brought in your wife, you brought in your family, so now I get to bring in mine.
Rhea Ripley: See, the mistake that you made was thinking that you could poke the bear, and that I wouldn’t be there by his side. Because Damian and I, we’ve been through hell and back. And if he’s going back into that fire, then I am willing to be there by his side. And Zelina, you thought you could get under his skin, all you’ve really done is signed your death wish, because next week, it’s you two versus us two. And you’re gonna find out really quick why no one survives The Terror Twins.

– Cathy Kelley had a backstage interview with LA Knight. What would tonight mean to him in The Last Time Is Now Tournament? Knight says, let me talk to ya. He doesn’t want to repeat himself, but as far as dream opponents are concerned, he doesn’t care about things like that. What he does cares about is, if he beats John Cena, that will cement his legacy. There’s one man that’s standing in his way, but the last time is now. The last time is now for either him or GUNTHER. GUNTHER is a former World Heavyweight Champion, but he doesn’t understand, he’s looking into the eyes of an unstoppable force, something he’s never seen before. It’s gonna be a fight tonight, but if it’s a fight GUNTHER wants, alright, alright, alright, he can get his dropped on the mat, like, all the rest, with everybody saying, LA Knight. YEAH!

Cody knows that Oba & Ricky have their big match at NXT Deadline tomorrow night, but next week is Saturday Night’s Main Event, and John Cena has been talking about giving out big opportunities to NXT Superstars on that particular event. So, the winner of the Ricky Saints/Oba Femi NXT Championship Match at NXT Deadline, will go on to face Cody Rhodes at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Cody wishes both guys the best of luck. That lead us to a huge standoff with Ricky and Oba.
– Cathy Keley had a backstage interview with Nia Jax and Lash Legend. Was that attack on Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss and The Kabuki Warriors really necessary? First of all, Nia doesn’t appreciate Cathy running up on them like that as they’re walking. Nia says that The Kabuki Warriors got what they deserved, they’re idiots, just like Bayley says, because Asuka misted Lash’s beautiful face, and that’s the reason why they lost at WarGames. Lash says that was just a taste of what they’re capable of. Nia and Lash Legend are coming for those Women’s Tag Team Championships, and there’s nothing that The Kabuki Warriors, Rhyo or those wannabe best friends, Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss can do about it.

Dragunov says that Ciampa dishonored the integrity of the United States Open Challenge. And if that jackass is begging for attention, now he’s got it. Dragunov tells Nick that he wants this match. – Coming out of the commercial break, Jade Cargill runs into B-Fab in the backstage area. Jade asks B-Fab if she said anything. Solo Sikoa Segment
Solo Sikoa: Now, I told you, I told everyone that we were going to handle the Sami Zayn problem, and that’s exactly what we did, we took his ass out. Since Sami Zayn is done, now me and my family can finally move forward, which brings me to The Wyatt Sicks. Uncle Howdy, I see that you’ve been watching us, you’ve been watching me and my family, but I’ve been watching you, too. And since I never had chance, last week, to introduce myself, let me go ahead and do that right now. The name, don’t forget about it, is Solo Sikoa. This is my ring, this is my show, and this is my family tree. Your family has something that belongs to my family, those tag team titles.
And since you want to attack me, last week, from behind, the only difference is between me and you, when I do it, they don’t come back. You see these men standing behind me, they’re my family. You hurt me, now they’re going to hurt you. Howdy, listen to me, and listen to me very, very, closely, everything that was his, that’s now yours will become mine. I am going to take everything away from you. I am going to take away everything that you love, all the memories, and I am going to show everyone in this world that you do not deserve the name, Wyatt. Bayley thanks Nick for booking her on the Saturday Night’s Main Event. Miz is pissed and storms off. Nick tells Bayley that she’ll be facing Sol Ruca at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Bayley is very impressed with Sol Ruca and what she’s done in NXT, but things get taken to another level on Raw and SmackDown. Sol is perfectly fine with that, because she’s ready for the challenge. Bayley wishes Sol good luck in the Women’s Iron Survivor Match.
– Cathy Kelley had a backstage interview with GUNTHER. How is he approaching the finals of The Last Time Is Now Tournament? It doesn’t matter where you live, it doesn’t matter what language you speak, “The Ring General” internationally translates to victory. So, he’s going to beat LA Knight, and he’s going to beat John Cena in his final match at Saturday Night’s Main Event. And he’s fully aware that there’s a locker room of passionate and hungry superstars that wanted a chance, but he’s sending condolences to them all, because this tournament is a forgone conclusion. GUNTHER knows that we all can’t see John Cena, but he’s certain that he can see him. Gunther wants Cena to pay attention, not to the fact that he’s going to beat LA Knight, he wants him to pay attention to how he’s going to beat LA Knight.
Aleister Black & Zelina Vega Promo
Aleister Black: There’s something so broken about you, Damian. It was tragic to see a man drowning, that claimed he was keeping his head above water. Too long, have you stood by people that did not stand by you. Too long, you have called people your friend that were not your friend. And I may be everybody’s enemy, but I am the one person that will give it you straight. And we left you a perfect monster, and here comes Rhea Ripley.
Zelina Vega: Rhea is the succubus that tempts you with the family that you had in the past. She wants to keep you in the cage of her control. The Judgment Day you knew is over. The Terror Twins, it’s just a play to lead you in that lonely and sad state that we found you in.
